Cordless feature is great!
I really like that the fountain is cordless as I have it placed in a location that does not have an electrical outlet.
The fountain can be placed anywhere. My 2 cats really like the fountain height as well.

Worked fine….for about three weeks. Now it’s sitting on a shelf collecting dust. Went offline and never connected again. Yes I did call customer service. No, their advice did not help.

Extremely difficult to get on network…
Extremely difficult to get on network and doesn’t register water consumption. Says it has a UV light but I’ve never seen it illuminated.
As a stand alone water bowl it is fine, but I would prefer constant circulation as opposed to motion detecting.
I had several communications with customer service and they did respond but I just gave up and will not use the app.

Easy to set up and simple to put in their collar! Gives me peace of mind even though they are chipped I know they have an extra protection if someone sees them if they ever leave the yard.

A little complicated at first
A little complicated at first, but my cats love the fountain! I opt to leave it plugged in after trying it wireless... there aren't as many features available in wireless mode which I felt wasn't advertised, but since I can leave it plugged in, it works great!

I bought the drink fountain to find out…
I bought the drink fountain to find out how much water my cat really drinks. It sure does what it says it would do! Our vet continually asks if our cat is drinking water. My other drinking fountain always looked like he was drinking but forget there is evaporation with water running all the time. This tells me exactly what he drinks. Great fountain for my cat!

The product works well
The product works well. I don't understand how it measures the analytics which makes me suspicious of the results. My one cat likes it and the other mostly refuses to use it. I've ordered a competitive model to see it that yields a different result.

So far loving it
So far loving it. It’s super quiet and easy to clean I also love the filter doesn’t have to be changed often. I have two wireless fountains from another company and there is a design flaw that they are just now fixing. However if no issues after 90 days I plan to purchase 2 more and use these fountains exclusively.
