Defective product. Customer support is non existent

What a great company. I received the harness and there was a slight defect. I called to let them know and they sent me a brand new one immediately. It’s a beautiful harness, durable and dependable. Thank you Pawaii!

Dog loves the harness. He had the same harness in yellow & got him a new one in blue which looks very nice on the white dog & the reflective piping really pops against the blue color. As soon as I unboxed the harness in front of him he got happy and started jumping all over me to put it on him. Very secure, good fit, easy to adjust & put on.

Excellent disc that is soft on the teeth. My dog is obsessed with playing and I worry about her teeth from the constant play. These so far are a great price and seem to be extremely tooth friendly. I had two (which still work great) and just bought 4 more!

Love I got 6 months worth of filters so I don’t need to worry about getting more for a long time!

Everything shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. I like the uv light on the fountain, my last one eventually got kind of grimy and was hard to clean. It took a long time for that to happen, but hopefully this one will last even longer. So far so good, the cats like it too!

I purchased two harnesses for my dogs. I had to size up due to the fact that they run a little small.
The harnesses are made extremely well. They are soft and and my dogs seem to be quite comfortable in them. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.

Where other harnesses were hard to figure out how to put on and took a long time these harnesses were much easier to use!

An amazing harness that fits perfect and is very adaptable to any size for your pup to grow into. The harness is also very durable and holds up to every claim advertised overall an amazing product that will make me continue shopping with this company.

I was looking for a dog water bowl that would be difficult for my dog to push around the floor or spill. The design of the bowl has worked wonders to solve this problem. The large square base and non-slip bottom are perfect.

The product is fantastic. We tried several items and Pawaii by far is the best. The service is excellent as well.

The customer representatives have been so kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Pawaii keeps in touch every step or at any delay. I had a defect in one of my products, and they quickly replaced it. The process was easy and the replacement was in perfect condition.

This was a great harness and the extra gift of the digital location tag was an extra nice gift. Will be buying another one in red for December. I highly recommend this harness. A very good harness at a very reasonable price.

I love the color and the fit! The little tag is awesome to have, in case my pup gets loose!

These bowls are very nice and well done. My dogs are tall so I bought two, one for each dog.
