I'm sorry everyone else seems to have gotten scammed. I got my shoes on time exactly as advertised. Very reasonable prices. No problems whatsoever.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM!!

Does not even deserve a one star but you have to give them at least that. What a SCAM THIS COMPANY IS. I have never been so disappointed in a gift I have bought for my granddaughter. She was, we were, expecting this realistic dog that would play with her and run, what we got was a cheap stuffed toy that I could buy at the dollar general. I would send it back if it wasn't such a pain to do so. Such false advertisements, I should sue them but it's also not worth the time and money. Never again will I buy from them or any other company associated with them.

They is a scam they never sent a order number the order number on the site says can’t find my order it didn’t even sent a email this bad service tryed to cancel my order in they still had gave my money back they say my order shipped but were my order

I ordered some clothes from Pearlyo. When they came, I was shocked to see that the quality of the fabric was extremely poor! The clothes looked cheap and shoddy! I emailed them to tell them that I would return them to a New York address that was said to be the return address. They told me no, return it to an address in Guangdong in China. I did this, but it was the wrong address. The clothes ended up being kept by Chinese Customs. I emailed them and told them this. They gave me the correct address, but DHL could not deliver it twice. So it is still at Chinese Customs. I emailed them and told them they had to go and collect it and then give me a refund. This never happened! I am still waiting for a refund months later. I don't know if they ever collected their stuff from Customs. Total scam!

Well I tell you what. The doll I ordered is not what we ordered it's all wrong. And yall better make it right. Cause that's wrong for what yall did. and yall knew it was not the one I ordered.i don't know what the hell yall was thinking I want my money back now or yall best send the right one soon .cause that so not right for what yal did we will not be ordered no more crap from yall ever again

I wish I had read these reviews before I wasted my money. Horrible experience. My experience is the same as the many disatisfied customers below.

Ich habe verschiede Oberteile (m/w) und Schuhe bestellt. Die Vermarktung der Seite ist super.
Erst bei der Versandmitteilung wurde ersichtlich, das die Ware aus China kommt. Wenn ich das vorher gewußt hätte, dann hätte ich dort nie bestellt.
Wochen später stand Hermes mit der Lieferung vor der Tür. Nicht ein bestelltes Teil hat gepaßt. Das Material war unterirdisch. In die Hemdsärmel bin ich nicht einmal reingekommen, bin einfach steckengeblieben. Die Größen waren mindesten 3 Nummern kleiner ...
Bis heute habe ich keine Rücksendeadresse von Perlyo erhalten (bestellt am 11.07.2020).
Habe bei PayPal Käuferschutz beantragt und die gleichen Erfahrungen gemacht wie schon von anderen beschrieben. Heute kam die mail das sie nichts machen können und den Fall schließen.

I ordered several pairs of shoes from Pearlyo for my husband and I. After 1-1/2 month without receipt of the orders and no response to emails, I requested a full refund via PayPal. A couple of weeks later part of one order was received - too small. In the meantime, PayPal sent an email to escalate the case. It was sent to an email that was not in use, so I missed out on getting a refund via PayPal and my bank account with them was with a local bank who referred me back to PayPal. Both orders were received - all of poor quality and too small. Emails back and forth with Pearlyo offered to replace the items, discounts and recommended that I sell them. I took them to the mail store to return and was told it would cost $300 - $400, much more than I paid for them. Lessons learned: do not order from unknown sources without prior investigation; do not order from anyone unless they pay the return cost; do not use local banks when using internet payment services; ensure you know the guidelines of the internet payment service; and if the prices are too good to be true, DO NOT ORDER.

Товар не подошёл по вкусу. Сделали возврат. Оперативно вернули деньги. Спасибо. Есть желание работать с этой компанией дальше. Товары предлагают качественные. Предыдущие покупки носим с удовольствием. Все бы так работали. Пользуйтесь услугами компании, не пожалеете. Ещё раз благодарю.

Absolute worse service! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they came a month apart. The first pair of shoes I received looked absolutely nothing like the ones I ordered. When the other pair finally arrived, they were suppose to be black. The ones I got were solid white! After numerous emails to them they finally responded by offering a 20% discount on my next order. That’s not going to happen. I’ve already filed a claim with PayPal and waiting on judgement. Don’t waste your money! Also, beside getting responses from Pearlyo, they’d occasionally mess up and send an email back from fashiontota.com. I’d say its safe to assume you can’t buy from them either.

Beware!!! These people are scammers. Don't waste your money. The shoes are cheaply made and not worth the money that they are asking. I ordered two pair of shoes and received them a month apart from each other which was 6 months later. . I was in a Vacation Rental on the coast. We didn't bring any sandals and we wanted to buy them online. I was looking for Birkenstocks and ended up on their website. I ordered from them and didn't do my homework by checking out the reviews like I always do. I tried my best to get intouch with these ppl afterwards. There was no phone number to reach them. So I started emailing them. There was no response at first. then all of a sudden hey started sending dozens of emails stating that the shoes were on their way. After we went home, one pair showed up. The realtor of the VR retrieved the one pair and mailed it to us. I emailed the company to explain to them the situation and asked them if they add our home address to the pair that was not included in the order. No reply, and when they did reply the basically said too bad. So when the shoes did show up a month later (to the same address as the VR) they were the wrong size. and they were cheap looking like they came from the dollar store. The company refused to do anything. This company tries to represent themself as a company out of the United States and your order is shipped within a short period of time, when actually they are somewhere overseas and it takes months to get. Especially during Covid. That's why it took so long to get. It would have been nice to know all of this up front. So I reported them to the BBB and even they really can't do anything. I lost money dealing with this company.

Das chinesische Unternehmen mit deutschem Internet-SCHEINAUFTRITT ist an Frechheit und Unseriösität kaum zu übertreffen. Nach wochenlangen Wartezeiten(wir wohl mit Padelboot von China geliefert) muss der Kunde falsch gelieferte Ware auf seine Kosten, rechtswidrig, nach China retournieren. Dabei wird vom chinesischen Lieferanten auch gleich darauf "aufmerksam" gemacht das hohe Versandkosten entstehen für die Rücksendung. Auf gut deutsch, behalte den billigen D...k eine Rücksendung lohnt sich nicht. Lasst euch nicht ins Boxhorn jagen. DHL Deutschland liefert ein 2kg-Packet(3 Paar Schuhe) für ca. 25 EURO nach China. Durch Bezahlung via PayPal bekam ich die Versandkosten(bis 25 EURO) ersetzt und zur Gänze meinen bezahlten Rechnungsbetrag. Alles mit Handy-Fotos PayPal dokumentieren wichtig!
Das unseriöse Vorgehen der Chinesen riecht nach System, so werden die Ladenhüter gegen Bezahlung nach Europa entsorgt. Täuschend sind auch die Internet-Fotos, die mir gelieferte Schuhqualität war miserabel.

I placed an order for three pairs of shoes and it took two months to receive them. When my order arrived they were three pairs of shoes that I did not order a totally different style. When I called the company they told me to return them but I had to pay the shipping back to China which would be close to $50. They refused to pay the shipping back to them and offered me a 20% discount and to just keep them. Besides being a completely different shoe than I ordered the size was not correct. They eventually gave me a 50% discount and told me to give them to a friend or family member. They refused to do anything more now I have three pairs of shoes that are worthless to me. Very very poor customer service will not purchase from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PEARLYO!! I ordered a pair of shoes from this company and the size was too small for me. In order to return the shoes, you have to pay for your own shipping. Well, to ship to China via USPS, it costs $63.00. My shoes only cost $55.00. The interesting part about the situation is that the shoes were shipped from an IL address. I asked 3 times could I ship the shoes to the IL address. Each time they would not respond. They kept asking for the same information that I already sent. The response to my last attempt was that they could not see the picture of my order. They had the order number so that should have been good enough. I would have accepted a no. Because they did not give a direct response, and kept giving me the run around. I decided to post this review. DO NOT ORDER FROM PEARLYO!!!

Was für eine miese Firma. Ich habe nach Fernabsatzgesetz (das für ganz Europa gilt) meinen Einkauf rückabwickeln wollen (in der gültigen Kündigungsfrist). Bis heute wird mir eine Rücksendeadresse verweigert. Auch mein Geld wird nicht zurückbezahlt. Die Ware kam über Monate nicht, ist eine absolute minderwertige Ware und passt hinten und vorne nicht. Eine absolute Betrügerfirma. Leider unterstützt durch Paypal, die mir den Käuferschutz gegenüber dieser "Firma" verweigert haben. Paypal`s Käuferschutz ist nicht ein Pfifferling wert. Und mißbraucht meine Kreditkartendaten dafür. Gegen beide Firmen wird nun Strafanzeige von mir erstattet werden. Lasst von Pearlyo die Finger. Und von Paypal nach Möglichkeit auch.
