Total scam! They sent a tracking notice stating it was delivered in the US on June 3rd. There has been absolutely no progress. It has been over 3 months. They sure got my money right away though!

if I could I'd give them '0' stars, it's over a week and they haven't even shipped the purchase out yet. all I've gotten is some weird email telling me they can't deliver yet that it will be anther week, maybe more until they can ship it. they send me 9 emails I day with discount codes to purchase more (that they can't even guarantee they can deliver ?). what they do is see you look at item, then send you discount code, but then they raise shipping price ... when they can't even deliver it. I told them to cancel and issue me full refund. they haven't yet

It's a scam. I ordered a pair of sandals. They said the sandals would take up to 20 business days to arrive, which is already an insane amount of time. Well, the 20 days are up and there is no sign of the sandals I ordered. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money like I did.

These shoes are made to order. Plan on waiting a couple of months for them. The quality is wonderful. The leather is top quality. Well worth the wait.

This company sucks!! I ordered a pair of capris from them back in May and still not received them! And there is no phone number for me to contact them and every time I click on contact customer service for help it just takes me to their stupid advertisement page!! Never buy from these people! They only want to steal your money and you never get your product!!!

If I could give negative stars I would.. I ordered a pair of shoes and after waiting over a month I was sent the wrong size shoe.. when I emailed them regarding the mix up they told me the seller said the shoes were in fact a size 9 but directly on the shoe it said USA 7.. they have been ignoring every email I've sent since then. DONT BUY FROM THEM! WASTE OF MONEY

I ordered on May 5 th and still no shoes 62 days.....

Same here! I ordered shoes. Accidentally the wrong size ,but contact the "German Company" (fake, not situated in Germany, bad German language, with a fake address in GB) straight away to correct the size number. No reply at all. Instead they dispatched! There was a kind of communication, but bad English and German (Google Translate like). To make it short: after 7 (seven) weeks the shoes arrived!!! At least 2 numbers smaller than I ordered! The 7 week shipping time they excused by the weak information of corona virus!
Never ever again! You - never should order any item from them. They are clearly scammers and criminal!
I already contacted PayPal to, somehow, get my cash back! We'll see!

Please, DO NOT BUY is a SCAM.

I would give them a zero if I could. I ordered something from them more that 2 months ago and I still have not received it. I have sent them emails and they keep asking me to please wait and that it's coming to me. I am done waiting. Two months is ENTIRELY too long to wait for something that I paid for and I should get my money back ASAP. Save your time, energy and money and DO NOT order from this company!

BEEN WAITING NEARLY 8 WEEKS. ORIGINAL ORDER SAID 8 to 20 days. BEEN NEARLY 60 DAYS. UPDATE: July 13th and still nothing. Ordered May 3rd.

unfortunately I looked too late at the rating of perlyo.de.
I am promised since 14 May 2020 that the shoes would have been shipped and arrived in my country.
I should wait another 5 days, I hear this now again and again.
I have demanded the purchase price back!

SCAM!! Not happy

Do not waste your time or money ordering from this site. After waiting for two weeks for them to process my order I finally got my notification that they have shipped. The tracking number was bad so I emailed them to fix it they sent me the same email so I can't track my order but the Corona has things messed up so I give it a couple more weeks. Then I get another email asking me to wait 5 more days I do and still nothing. I have made four demands for a refund and nothing. This has been going on for almost two months now. I'm going to go to my bank and see if I can get the money back that way. More then likely I will not get the shoes or my money back. Every thing about this experience is bad from start save your time and look elsewhere.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this company many weeks ago. Only 1 was delivered after complaining. Asked for refund on second and got none. At this point, I told Pearlyo to keep the money and the shoes.
They are a fake business.

Very disappointing the service of this company.
Today I have learned my lesson, now I know that before placing an order I should investigate the location of the business, that I should check reviews and pay with PayPal.
BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM PEARLYO!

Terrible company I don't recommend anyone to purchase I placed an order 2 weeks ago and I have tried to cancel sending 6,7 email to customer service they refuse to cancel it's a rip off they take your money and then don't respond 😡😠😠😠

THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!!! I ordered 2 shoes never received and sent 10 email to them and got zero response. I had to file dispute with my card company. If I could, I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE 10 STARS!

Ordered two pair of shoes two months ago and nothing yet. They won't reply to emails at all. F u c k i n g scammers.
