I ordered and paid for handmade shoes I waited over two months for them to be delivered and when "something" finally was delivered it wasn't even what I ordered! I got the poorest quality pieces of crap ever delivered to me that I've seen advertised for around $19 and even if I had ordered these pieces of crap they weren't even the right size. I have tried to get ahold of some loser at pearlyo for the last two weeks and nobody will reply to me I can't get my $50 back and I will never see the shoes I ordered do not under any circumstances ever order from this company because it is nothing but crap!

NEGATIVE FIVE STARS -5 and they don’t care either. They will make you wait 3 months for the wrong size they just send you whatever size they want. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I REPEAT they should not be in business. I’m not Done either. I feel like a KAREN I’m so pissed. 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻There’s your rating 5 🤬 for pearlyo!

Pearlyo is a scam, don't order from them! I ordered two pairs of women's water shoes online for $40. I received different items entirely--wrong sizes, styles, and colors. Instead of what I ordered, I received men's shoes and children's shoes, really garbage and of no use to me. When I complained to the company, they responded with an offer of a 20% refund ($8) -- or I could return the merchandise to China at my own expense. They were entirely at fault, probably deliberately, and refused to take any responsibility for rectifying the error. I asked my credit card company to stop payment. I should have checked the reviews for Pearlyo first since everyone seems to have the same complaint against them.

Habe ein Hemd bestellt. Es kam nach ca. 5 Wochen an und war ein völlig anderes minderwertiges Hemd.
Pearlyo will das Geld nicht erstatten weil es aus China geliefert würde. 28 Euro weg. Nie wieder.

Auf keinen Fall bestellen!! Ich hatte im Mai bestellt und über Visa bezahlt. Heute 28. Juli keine der 3 Paar Schuhe sind angekommen. Die deutschen Behörden tun nichts gegen diese chinesischen Betrüger!!

I ordered a purple backpack and they sent a black one. They refused to resolve the issue.

I ordered some shoes in size 10, which I actually wear a 9/1/2, when I finally got them 2 mos. later they were more like a size 8. They have no idea to what an American size foot is. I've tried to contact them pretty much impossible. Never again and if I were you, don't waste your money with these rip offs. I wouldn't even have gave one star if I didn't have too.

I ordered lime green shoes almost $50.00 7 weeks ago and the company has refused to return my money and after several emails all stating the shoes are ENROUTE. I don't know how this fraudulent company is allowed to steal from us and they are still advertising for shoes to be purchased.

The sneakers I ordered are nothing like what is shown on web site they are cheaply made this company is not recommend

So, like a lot of people I have got used to ordering things on line there being no problem. You kind of get used to Amazon and Ebay transactions and expect the whole internet shopping experience to be the same.
It's not !
We did eventually get the three pairs of shoes that we ordered, after ten weeks.
To be honest, I had been in touch with my card company and told them I wanted to recall the payment. (I cancelled that when the shoes arrived)
The quality of the shoes is market stall quality, cheap and cheerful.
Did once by mistake and certainly won't be going there again.
I particularly take exception to the way they pretend to be a German company.
They got one star too many from me.

ZERO stars. I order two pairs of shoes. One pair arrived and the quality was terrible. The second pair has never arrived. I have written the company’s customer service email 5 times requesting to return the one pair and to help me refund the pair that never arrived. I have not received any response. This company is a joke and the product quality is something awful. Stay away.

My name is Laurie for months I have ordered two pairs of shoes and never received them I wrote the company numerous of times and keep telling me to wait because of the cold virus it’s been months now and I still haven’t received my shoes I’m out of $84 and change I am very upset because they keep telling me to wait wait wait sorry about thatInconvenience all I want now is my money back could you please send me my refund this order was put in since April I have had numerous of deliveries from added out of state and I still haven’t received my shoes my husband was really looking forward to those shoes

I feel cheated and deceived. for more than a month ago I ordered a pair of shoes on Pearlyo.de, and first when I got my purchase order I found out they would come from China. I have not received them yet, and I've been writing to them twice, without any answer.
It is a company of worst case.
stay far away from deals with that company.

I give this so-called Company" a 1 star rating --Ordered a pair of shoes in my size , WIDE , waited 2 months , NO delivery - Emailed them twice without any results -- MY order finally arrived 3 1/2 months after the initial order ---The shoes are TOO SMALL , TOO Narrow and are unusable -- I searched for a return address "14808 GUY R. Brewer Boulevard" , Jamaica , NY --- which turns out to be a parking lot --- I was Scammed !!

Where are my damn shoes..you stole my money thru PayPal...where are my shoes,10weeks thieves...don't buy anything people!!!
Pissed off how is that?
