I am only writing a review of this company to STOP anyone from using them. Items we ordered took forever, then came in miss-marked size. Attempts to return have failed. The last try they said to give the items to a friend and they would give 10% refund...NO. They want me to pay return shipping...NO. Best to just eat the loss an try go get people not to order.

Die Ware ist richtig schlecht. Die Lieferung verzögert sich ohne Ende. Retour praktisch nicht möglich weil keine RetoureAdresse angegeben wird. Nach 100 maliger Aufforderung immer noch keine RetoureAdresse. Ich werde meine rechtlichen Möglichkeiten ausschöpfen. Es ist ermüdend und grausam.

Habe Hemden bestellt. Ware kam nach Monaten direkt aus China.
Die Sendung war unvollständig, die Größen entsprechen keinesfalls europäischen Normen und die Ware ist von minderer Qualität und schlechter Verarbeitung.

Auf meine Reklamation bot man mir 10% des Kaufpreises als Rückerstattung an, mit dem Hinweis, ich könne die Ware doch weiterverschenken.

Echte Betrüger! Ich kann nur warnen !!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 start if that were possible. We ordered 2 pairs of shoes over 3 months ago and after numerous attempts to get ahold of them to track the package finally received them. One pair was the completely wrong size. When we contacted them to exchange or get a refund we were told we could send them back at our expense and we would get a refund- doubt it. Or they told us we could “gift” them to someone. They sent a picture of the “original” invoice that was clearly doctored to reflect we ordered the wrong size. Buyer beware- they are a scam!!! Anyone want to file a class action suit against them?

I ordered a pair of shoes in May. After sending numerous emails they sent me an email in June stating they show my order was delivered. I asked by what source USPS, UPS, FedEx and now they won’t answer my emails because I know for sure they lied. Someone is at my home all the time

Habe 6 paar Schuhe bestellt, x-Wochen gewartet, eine Sendung nicht gekommen. Qualität ist eine Katastrophe, Hände weg von dem Müll... Nie wieder!!!!!

Ich hatte Schuhe bestellt, die auch geliefert wurden. Nach dem öffnen des Paketes roch meine ganze Wohnung sehr unangenehm nach Chemie. Eine furchtbare Qualität.
Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer ist und war eine Katastrophe.
Ich habe die Ware ordnungsgemäß zurückgesandt. Sie finden immer wieder neue Gründe, mir mein Geld nicht zurückzuüberweisen .
Mein Rat: Hände weg von diesem "Händler "!!!!

Hallo, man kann nur vor Pearlyo warnen - siehe bisherige Bewertungen! Es scheint offensichtlich eine Nachfolgefirma von "Andeking" zu sein (gleicher Internet-Auftritt), mit der ich äußerst schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Nach ca. 3 Monaten habe ich zum Glück über Paypal mein Geld zurückerhalten!

I purchased a backpack in May. I still have not received it. The track number has not updated since 7/7/20. They are not responding to my emails. Buyers beware!

This people deserve O not one star. company is an scam. I bought 2 pair of shoes from them on 6/7/20 and just received on 8/4/20. I asked them several time for a whole month about my package and wasn’t until a month later they write back to me saying it was shipped. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money and they said The shipments was sent to me to wait and return them back when I received them. Well, I got the shoes and after so much trouble I though it was better to keep them but the shoes are the wrong size so I asked them for return. They want me to return it to China and pay for shipping when I see on the package label a return address in Illinois. This people need to stop!!

Total scam/bait-and-switch. I supposedly ordered Teva-brand women's technical sandals. I got cheap plastic dollar-store (if that) flip-flops. I so wish I'd checked here before ordering. AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE COSTS.

I purchased three items from this company for the first time although it took a long time to get the product and I was pleased that everything was right you order was complete

de erweckt den Anschein es gebe eine Niederlassung in Deutschland. Habe 2 Hemden in meiner Grösse L bestellt. Gesendet wurde zwar L, aber ich konnte sie nicht einmal zuknöpfen! Kostenlose Rücksendung nach China wurde abgelehnt. Antwortverhalten unterirdisch! Rücksendeadresse nach dem 6. Mail erhalten. Wegen der hohen Kosten nach China! darauf verzichtet und die Hemden verschenkt. 1 Stern ist zu viel des Guten. Nie wieder Pearlyo!!!

Scam company. Be smart and don't by from them. Do your research first, which I neglected to do. They sent the wrong color and a cheap imitation of what they called a "Birkenstock" shoe. It is clearly Chinese made and not leather as they claim. That is false advertising and fraud.

Betrügerische Firma, ich habe die bestellte Ware auch nach drei Monaten nicht erhalten, und es gibt keine Antwort auf mehrere Versuche, per E-Mail Kontakt aufzunehmen.

When will I ever learn!!!! Check to see where these online companies are from!! The last time I ordered something from China took 3 months to get to me and that was after I cancelled it; or so I thought!!

It’s almost 2 weeks and the package tracker says it just cleared Chinese customs. It’ll probably take at least another 2 weeks before it as actually leaves the country; if I’m lucky.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHECK WHERE THE COMPANY IS BEFORE YOU ORDER!!

This is definitely the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Order arrived 5 weeks after it was promised and more than 2 weeks after I cancelled it. And then, IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. They have refused to provide a prepaid return label. Of course, I have reversed the charge to my Visa. Stay away from this one. There are many other shoe companies in the sea.

They deserve a zero. DO NOT ORDER from this folks. Crooks. Ordered a pair of White Lace up tennis shoes. Received a pair of Black slip ons. Admitted their error and Told I would have to pay return shipping and did not offer refund or to send shoes ordered. 10 emails requiring starting over with issue. You’ve been warned. Dishonest and no customer service. Oh forgot. Took 1 1/2 months for order of wrong shoes to be received.

Ich kann nur jedem abraten. Nach 3 Reklamationsversuchen habe ich immer noch keine Antwort.

Am 1.6.20 habe ich Schuhe bestellt.Eine Lieferung ist bis heute nicht eingegangen.
Es wird ständig auf Lieferverzögerung hingewiesen. Ich habe die Lieferung storniert aber man reagiert nicht.
Auf jede Mail wird immer nur mit dem Hinweis „ Lieferung ist auf dem Weg“ geantwortet.
Meine Empfehlung, Finger weg !!!!
