If I could give 0 stars I would I ordered a wallet and somehow they are my contact info they need to be shut down from social media I was dealing with a company called acrevy and I don’t know where they come in at they stole my money

This company is not truthworthy and very informal. I ordered two pair of shoes. They only delivered one pair and despite constant communications by email, no response. Very dissatisfied with this company.

Do not order from the company! As you can see, 84% of their reviews are one star and most of those say that the customer never received their product and that the company never replied to any attempts to contact them. This has been my experience as well. Ordered boots over a month ago, no confirmation, no tracking number, no answers to emails or attempts to contact them through Paypal after enquiring a half-dozen times. Not even a response saying they received my message or even just to tell me the status of my order. I have escalated this matter to Paypal.

Asked them to cancel order after reading the reviews here even though items had not been shipped for 3-4 weeks. They refused to cancel or refund. Still no items are was told to deal with it through PayPal.

They are HORRIBLE!!!!
Do NOT give this company your money. You will not receive your items and they will not return emails.

I ordered shoes 3 weeks ago and tried to cancel within 5 minutes of ordering after reading reviews. There is no way to cancel an order on their website. Emails to their customer support are not answered. I paid through Paypal and they are refusing to refund or assist with non-payment. The tracking order and link they sent me does not work. No shoes as yet...

Horrible company:
1. no telephone number available
2. no address in Germany - nobody in EUROPE!!!
3. Chinese company with different online stores: pearlyo (online shop) = pearlgo on paypal = pierrebuy
4. different online shops with one goal access to EUROPE market - delivery direct from China
5. nobody available for any kind of complaints or questions
6. just one email address - but nobody will answer!!!!
7. no address for sending back goods
8. íf you want ot cancel your order within 24h nobody will be available
9. pls. double check out by your own if you are willing do order

Horrible company. I would never have ordered from them if I had read reviews and realized they are in China. I ordered a pair of shoes from them over a week ago. Once I realized who I was dealing with later that afternoon I immediately sent an email request to cancel the order and asked that they refund my money. I’ve sent at least a half dozen messages asking that the order be canceled. To date they have never replied and the order still has not shipped. Very unhappy!! Buy American!!! Stay away from this company!

Shame on any company still allowing Pearlyo ads. This company clearly has a problem and is basically stealing money from people, myself included. Wish I had seen these reviews before giving them my money. Now, no products, no money, and no response. I hope PayPal can help.

Pearlyo is a terrible company. It is now two months since I ordered three pair of shoes. The first came within one month. But, they were extremely small - like they were for women or a child. Their customer service said I should have measured better. I have written them twice about my remaining order. They have not responded at all.

This is the worse company ever!! Please spread the word. Tell everyone you know not to order from this company. Plaster Facebook, Instagram and Twitter about this awful company. It took over 70 days to get one pair of Sandals. I ordered according to their chart and got a cheap pair of Sandals in a kids size. Customer service is a joke. Never order from China. They will not give me my money back. They are a scam. DONT ORDER FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY

If I could give a zero rating I would. I ordered from Pearlfeet and never received a confirmation email or tracking number. I wrote them and I have not received any sort of response at all. I am reporting this company and anyone affiliated with them.

I will never order from this company again. I ordered a pair of shoes, size 13 for my son for Christmas 2019. I never received my order and traced the order to some city that I never heard of and to this day, no order. There is no way to contact them only by email and I sent an email multiple times. I never got a response and never received a refund. There shoes look nice and are the kind of shoes my son likes. What a tremendous disappointment. This is such bad service and the loss of a good customer.

Lousy company. I purchased 4 items from them and they sent 3. No response to emails sent to the email listed for customer service. After order arrived and I emailed them 4 times and put in a dispute with Paypal, this company deleted my account and the order I had placed. Stay away!!!

Ordered size 14 for my son, they shipped 20 days late, then when we got them, my husband that wears a size 12 tried them on and they were too small even for him. I emailed Pearlyo and they asked for a picture of the size which I sent. Later response they said I must have ordered the wrong size but that a 47 = 14 so how could I have ordered the wrong size?? Their solution was for me to send the shoes back to CHINA at my expense to an address that was different than it shipped from so Pearlyo must be middle man that takes no responsibility for the quality of the products they sale. 1st)why would I want to get a package from China right now with COVID-19 going around 2nd)why would I trust someone in China to take care of this situation any better ?So, I WILL EAT THE $$ I SPENT and give them to some man with TINY FEET
