The delivery of the product was very quick and efficient.

Ordered a pendant alarm for my mum. It arrived the next day even on a weekend! Very easy to use, customer services explained all queries I had, helped me understand the protocols if something should happen to my mum if a fall is detected or she presses the sos button. We tested it and I feel very reassured someone is on the end of the line for her.

I tried to make an online order from abroad, on behalf of my elderly mother. The banking system doesn’t allow for this to happen so I tried to call but because I have a non-UK number, the calls didn’t go through. In the end I tried ‘live chat’, that was also blocked and a persistent, assistant not available message appeared. Then I received an ‘offline’ message and made contact with a very helpful customer services assistant. But because the address was unfamiliar to me, I wasn’t sure if it was genuinely from the company. Eventually, it was suggested that I call mobile to mobile. The order for a pendant alarm was finally made, using my own personal card, rather than my mother’s. The whole process took several hours achieve the outcome. It would help to be able to call the main number without international calls being automatically blocked. I must also add that JOHN MACGUGAN deserves a shout out for being very patient with me and extremely helpful, he was able to resolve the problems with purchase for me.

The website was very informative and setting up the device was easy when I talked to Kayla at customer service.

Mum lives on her own,mobility getting bad ,she was frightened of falling,I got her set up with suresafe simple ,lets mum be independent without me worrying. I can also track her while she's out on an app,

Customer service when ordering via telephone was excellent. I had many questions and every one was answered with great knowledge. It helped me decide to purchase. I was offered a technician to answer further questions but was not needed. Great follow up after purchase and easy to talk to someone in person.

One of the outstanding assets of this company is its customer service and response time. I had, what I thought was an issue with my Mum’s alarm and within 5 minutes of an email (not even a phone call) my issue was resolved by the team - prompt, efficient and friendly. And the alarm works really well and is easy to use

We were given a second hand fall alarm with no information other it was originally purchased from SureSafe. We contacted them and very swiftly they set up the alarm and sent all the information that we needed to run it. We even had 14 days to try it out before paying for a very reasonable subscription.
I am impressed by the quality of their customer service; they are very efficient and polite. Thank you.

I was rather anxious about finding the right personal Alarm. I need not have worried. From my first phone call the team were friendly, informative, and helped me choose wisely. The very next day I received my watch and a booklet explaining everything about the Watch clearly. I was happy and relieved that everything had gone so smoothly. Highly recommend them.
