We had to search to find the right device for us. Only issue i have is, I wish there was a company that would make a device with a alarm for inside the house as well as emergency help. If my dad falls, he may not need emergency services, just help from someone in the other room! But, Indo like this device and what it offers.

Quick and personal response to query providing the information to allow me to confidently purchase. Order processed quickly and we were well informed about delivery. Product was easy to set up and works well. A little disappointed in battery life needs charging most days.

The service I’ve had so far while sorting out this fall alert device for my Dad has been excellent. Helpful staff who answer the phone quickly, and sorted out my issue immediately.

Have recently bought 2 Dementia Watches for my parents. Had to call customer services to get the GPS perimeter zone set properly. Even though I called after hours and left a message, I got a call back 30 mins later. The very help lady put the issue to the tech team who had it resolved for first thing in the morning. All working great now. Has brought piece of mind knowing when parents leave home, where exactly they are on a map and when they return home. Also had to order a new lockable Dementia strap - again great customer service via email so I could email the order straight away. Exceptional customer service.
