Alarm watch arrived the day after it…
Alarm watch arrived the day after it was ordered and it went off at 01.38 24 hours later when my mother fell, the watch called me and it saved her lying on the floor for 6 hours. Worth every penny just for that call!

The alarm is very lightweight
The alarm is very lightweight. It is waterproof. It can be used anywhere, because it is basically a miniature cell phone self-contained. The prompts and the speaker are very loud and easy to hear for an elderly person. We feel safer having this alarm. Thank you.

Attempts to renew contract despite being notified of death
Hi My father had a subscription which I cancelled 6 months ago when he died Suresafe have just tried to collect next years subscription and have informed me that the Direct Debit failed !
