During the set up initial call my device was unable to complete the handshake and register. Kala, who was helping me and near the end of her shift, contacted your infrastructure team and an hour later texted me with the new phone number for the device.

so many alarms out there on the market , it took some time to narrow them down, but so very pleased with this company as right from the start they were so very very helpful with out being pushy. i am not that great when it comes to sorting things out on the computer so i e mailed and also rang the free phone number and i was treated well and they were all very helpful and sorted out my concerns. my husband preferred the watch and when it arrived it was so easy to sort out, its a huge relief having this service, would not be without it.

Everything from the web site, ordering, delivery, set up, support info and test call was really good. The instructions are easy to understand and the appropriateness of the guidance/answers to my questions was first class. Very impressed so far.
