Awful experience
Awful experience, ordered a 12M LED strip which cost almost £200, went to install it at the address and there’s no cable soldered to one end, helpful when it’s a replacement and I don’t have my solder gear with me
It’s the first time I’ve ever had a strip sent without tails on at least one end
Will never order from here again

The ALL LED strip you had purchased doesn't come with soldered cable unfortunately, if it had done we would add that in the description of the product.
We understand strip lights can be requested with tails on the end at some retailers but we don't provide that service here hence why we dont promote it on the website listing.

Faulty product
I received my product on 1/8/2026 and upon opening the box to inspect it, I noticed a broken part at the back that holds the rear flaps of the bathroom ventilation fan and like a return from other customer. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it should have been checked before being sent to a customer or even dispose it. I feel quite disappointed by this, and although I will not be returning the item, I will have to install it without the damaged part.
The return process seems too complicated, and I am concerned about the possibility of receiving another faulty product.
To be honest, this purchase has been a disappointment overall.

Very efficient company who truly value their customers. I received a message earlier in the week advising me of a delay from the manufacturers, and an assurance my LED bulbs would be sent as soon as they had been received.

Very professional yet friendly customer relations. Needed to return an item that was not performing as expected. Gave me the manufacturers contact number to verify testing before return. Return was all done with online forms. Free return postage with automated label production. Company sent immediate replacement without waiting for faulty items return. Excellentcustomer relations and service. I will definitely be using this company again and recommend them to my family and colleagues.

Very slight delay but overall good
Did not have items in stock when ordered (website could have said that?) but communicated well about it and did arrive quickly as they sent items express delivery rather than the 2-4 days delivery originally paid for. Very well packaged, which is just as well as put items in a hugely oversized outer box. It will be a while before I have the items fitted, as required as part of a refurbishment project, so I cannot comment yet on the items themselves but I did inspect one, it looked in pristine condition and it had fitting instructions.
