If you have fine hair don’t buy these. They are heavy and really sore against your scalp. They also pulled my hair down and damaged the ends. Just been to my hairdresser and she said there was a bald patch and also patch of broken hair at the back of my head and she wondered why until I told her about these rollers. You can’t return them if you’ve opened the cellophane that they are wrapped in. So a complete waste of £45. I asked if I could swap for smaller size but no return policy because I opened the pack plus once I realised they had damaged my hair I didn’t want another set so I’m stuck with them . You won’t know how sore they are on your scalp unless you try them so be careful if you don’t have a lot of thick hair !

Terrible product. Barrels too heavy to sit properly in hair. clips don't clip it into your hair properly. barrels get tangled in hair. ended up a mess! Do not waste your money on this cheap product . Scam!

The barrels are too heavy so they don't stay in place especially around the top of the head.
It would be easier to use if the heat went through the handle so you didn't have to use a separate hair dryer.
The concept is good but the design could be more efficient

I did the test to see which barrel size would suit but not sure they're the right ones.
Made my hair static so had to use hairspray to keep it down.

What a joke if a company , i ordered the one at 74.99 it stated 2 to 3 days for delivery . When it didn't arrive I emailed them to be told my order was on pre order, and that they didn't have the stock . Then I emailed again after another week to be told they had the stock and it would be dispatched within a bloody day. I instructed evri to leave it with a neighbour as I wouldn't be home and they left it at my back door anyway and it was stolen . So I emailed again they asked for proof of my instructing evri which I sent only to them be told that once it's with the courier a refund can't be issued. They then sent a form said I needed to fill it out so they can raise an issue with evri and I would be sent another one .they asked for the tracking number but I couldn't write anything on the form as it wouldn't let me edit the email. I don't want another one I want my money bk. This company is a joke. No were on there site did it state I would be on pre order. Don't buy from this company it's a scam and a rip off. Save Ur money for something decent . Why would I want another one, what for that to be stolen aswell. Absolutely disgusting . How can it no be refunded once the courier has it. Evri is there delivery company so it's there responsibilitie to sort any issues . Never be buying again

Do not order from this company - Ordered mine on the 31st January, loads of emails, excuses after excuses, 2/3 days shipping my backside. This was ordered as a birthday present and when I asked for it to be cancelled and asked for a refund I was told this was not possible because it was a pre-order - Still haven't received my package.

Advertised as 2-3 day shipping - 3 weeks later almost and nothing.

Send messages as I ordered for a specific event that came and went and was advised i’d get a response in 48 hours - you guessed it- NOTHING.

AWFUL customer service.

Terrible service. I bought this product for £80 two weeks ago and paid for 2-3 days delivery to have never received the product or it even be shipped. When I contact them they say it’s a preorder and they don’t have the stock! No where did it say preorder on the site or email. I would never have ordered it for a birthday present it they had. All they keep saying is we expect stock in a couple of weeks, thanks for your understanding, which I’m not and someone will contact you soon.

I tried my sisters pro blo and wow! I only had 20minutes and my hair set, the best bouncy blowdry and saved myself £40 at the hairdressers. Immediately I went online and ordered myself a set, couldn’t resist!

This product and they’re videos are so misleading. My husband purchased for my birthday and I’m so disappointed. They are very stiff bristles and hurt my head very quickly. 20 mins with them in is hard work. I had two clips break the first time I opened them. My husband watched this believing it was a blow dry and brush all in one and didn’t realise you need the blow dryer separately. You’ll see in a lot of videos they don’t show the blow dryer much and I find it very misleading. Even worse the customer service will not take returns now that I’ve opened them despite my obvious disappointment. Not good enough really. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered and money taken to be told its a pre order …asked for a refund ,but keep getting emails saying it should be delivered soon …absolute shambles of a company.i should have read the reviews here before I stupidly parted with 50 odd quid !!

A bought these last year am 60 this year never been able to get the volume a want without a mass of products making it sticky a have bleached hair so don’t want to use hot irons , these are amazing give me so much volume effortlessly and no need to have a lots products , give my hair a healthy shine and lots volume , love theses for on holiday as to hot to blow style in your apartment so a take these blow roll sit on balcony with a gin and let blow pro do there magic my hairs amazing and not a carry on sweating , don’t do reviews that often but seen them advertised a thought a should update a year on they working as good as new

I got the brush rollers as a Christmas gift from daughters and they are the one of the best things I’ve ever received!

I have long, unmanageable hair and drives me CRAZY! Took a couple of attempts to get used to putting them in but it’s so easy now. I put them in, leave them in while I’m working (I work from home) or doing the housework, then take them out and voila! It stays bouncy for HOURS! The next day, I just brush it and it still has a bit of bounce and looks like I’ve styled it that morning! Everyone kept asking me if I’d been to the salon and if it was my own hair! 🤣

I absolutely love these brushes! As a hair dresser myself I find these brushes the absolute best for bounce and hold! I couldn’t recommend enough!

DO NOT BUY. Disgusting. Robotic email replies. Did not send my brushes after 6 weeks. Although They give a 2 -3 day delivery time. Promised a refund. Didn’t get one. Complained again. They then decided to send them out next day. I didn’t have as say or choice as automated email responses. The event in December i needed them for had been and gone. Now I’m stuck with them. Originally ordered 19th dec. they posted these beg of feb. Disgusting honestly

I purchased these for a gift for my daughter costing over £80 and had to pay for delivery. After a week they had still not been dispatched I contacted customer services who came back after 2 days to say sue to bad weather my parcel had been sent back. This was lies my parcel had not even been dispatched and the bad weather had already passed when I ordered. By this point I had missed my daughters birthday so I'd had to buy something else and told them to cancel the order. They spent another 2 days coming back to me to say they couldn't as it had been dispatched. I had the tracking to say it hadn't as proof! The order then arrived and I have spent days now trying to get through to argue why should I not be refunded for delivery but also they failed to send the item after 2 weeks waiting why should I now have to pay to return. Awful company and customer service

Fairly quick delivery but the best part, I have very fine hair and on my first try with the rollers I was amazed with the results. It was so easy to do too. A great invention

I’d say three years and I use them every day in the salon , the long bouncy blows girls this is what you need , no need for rollers as this does your job all in one go .. makes life so much easier ,just brilliant x
