I have had my soda stream for about 1 and 1/2 years. It started not working properly. I called and they did a quick link through my laptop to see it in action. They immediately said the machine was defective and were going to send me a new one. I got the new one the very next day. They also have a recycle program to send the old machine for free shipping. Soda Stream is the best!

We called customer service when we started having issues. Nina helped us with a video call and we ended up having a new sodastream sent to us! All good!

Package arrived damaged. Sods Stream sent a replacement within a few days., They stayed in contact with during the time I waited on package and it was quick. Soda Stream is a great company they take care of their customers.

For some reason the local post office was always late returning my cylinders so I was charged the missing cylinder fee. Soda stream would refund me the fee even when the cylinders arrived. Te customer service is always great.

I am very impressed with the product. I wanted to get away from can soda. I received this for a Christmas present and I have been happy ever since. I can determine the amount of syrup and the amount of fizz. The container keep the product cold which is great for me because I drink the soda almost all day.

Soda Stream has A+++ customer service. I would have said they have good customer service, and it's becoming a lost art. I love the product, spend way less than I would at the store, and can keep flavors to match my mood at the time.

They seem unable to log returned cylinders. This is the third or fourth time I've had an email 'reminding' me to return cylinders I had posted some time before. Every time I've been able to prove that I had in fact returned them, but either their systems are not fit for purpose or they're deliberately looking for reasons to charge fees.

Over the many years we have been using multiple Sodastreams, we have saved the environment tens of thousands of plastic water bottles. The handful of times I’ve had to call Customer Service have been such pleasant experiences. The agents are very helpful and knowledgeable about every aspect. We love Sodastream. Our water intake has quadrupled!

I have been a SodaStream customer for over 10 years and love everything about the product. Initially, I was purchasing and exchanging one bottle at a time at a nearby retail store. Recently, I’ve begun ordering 4 cylinders at a time online directly from SodaStream’s website to take advantage of their bundle pricing which also qualifies for free shipping. It couldn’t be easier to return the exchange empty cylinders postage-paid in the same box they arrive in. I appreciate the opportunity SodaStream provides me to be ecologically responsible recycling cylinders, as well as being able to avoid generating mountains of trash from cans and bottles. AND I prefer the flavor of my SodaStream drinks to any canned or bottled beverages!

Quick customer service and flexible cylinder return policy.

I love my sodastream and use it everyday. I also find the customer service to be responsive and quick. Very satisfied with my purchase. The only thing that I recommend is to make sure the bottles you purchase fit the device. The class carafes do not fit mine.

I had ordered some SodaStream syrup, and when I received it, I noticed that a few of the newly designed bottles had been damaged during shipping. Although there was no leakage, I felt it was important to inform SodaStream about the issue, as their packing process seemed to have left their product vulnerable to damage. The following day I received a reply to my concerns and the support professional not only thanked me for letting them know, they sent me two more bottles of syrup as a thank you. My expectation were greatly exceeded.

I upgraded to glass bottles. WRONG. Do not work with the system I have. Purchased cylinders. WRONG. do n ot fit with the NEW system I must purchase to use my glass bottles. contacted Soda Stream. complex and difficult. Tried again. Still complex, time consuming. Distressed.
The FOURTH response from Soda Stream was clearer, possible, and appreciative of my effort to resolve.
Kudos to Soda stream continuing until they got it right.

The customer service at Soda Stream is excellent. Any email is answered promptly. The website is easy to use. And OMG the machine is so easy to use! Doesn't require much counter space and just needs to be wiped off to be clean. I use filtered spring water. You can't go wrong if you order one of these. I have the Terra machine. My daughter gave me mine for mother's day. It's a great gift and was relatively inexpensive. Saves me a ton of money.

Tracking was showing that my returned cylinders had not arrived so I got on chat to resolve the issue. The bot gave me all kinds of info on how to return, which just wasted time. Finally was transferred to a live agent who in about 7 minutes took care of things. I was stuck on that chat for a full hour, which shows my they do not have enough customer assistants.
