We love sodastream

We have used sodastream for many years. I have had to call customer service a few times. Each time my issue is resolved quickly and satisfactorily. I am a sodastream customer for life!

Absolutely love SodaStream

Absolutely love SodaStream. My husband got it for me for my home office and I have no idea how I lived without it. I got a damaged bottle in one of my orders, contacted customer service with pictures, and they replaced it without hassle.
I am a forever customer.

Outstanding Support

I love the product. I had an issue raising the arm to install a new gas bottle. The device was defective. The support agent with whom I engaged was very professional and helpful and saw the issue with a video call. She immediately submitted a replacement order. I am very satisfied with support.

The support team at SodaStream is a cut above!

The support team at SodaStream is amazing! I had questions regarding exchanging bottles but hesitated asking because, Unfortunately, customer support today is all but dead. With most companies you are lucky to get any response at all. I needed to return the bottles so I chanced asking. The response was quick, enthusiastic, respectful, and the answers were complete! Hurrah for a great experience!!!

Listen, I don’t have time for "inconvenient." My life is already moving at 100 mph, and the last thing I need is the mental tax of remembering to buy club soda or the literal tax of hauling heavy, plastic-wrapped cases like a pack mule.

I made the switch to SodaStream, and it’s been a total game-changer. Here’s why:

Good quality, great service

I've enjoyed their high quality syrups and CO2 refill service for years. My package arrived damaged with items missing and the customer service staff were quick to order replacements for what was lost. They have always been very courteous and customer-focused.

No More Hassles

For the past four or five years, I would schlepp my empty canisters to BB&B until they closed, and then I took them to Target. It was usually a drudge, but the last time trying to deal with a rude and dismissive Gen Z "manager" was the last straw. My search for other options led me to SodaStream's own subscription service. What a game changer. Getting four bottles each month with a paid return pickup service eliminates all the hassle. And to top it off, the customer service is 5 stars. Thanks Mckenzie (love the puns).

At the cross road

I am a long-time Soda Stream customer and have given Soda Stream machines as gifts. I was a bit more than disappointed when my deluxe Aqua Fizz/Glass carafe model stopped working after 2 years and 8 months of service. I was at the cross road--give up on Soda Stream altogether or buy in again with a whole new system (since both Aqua Fizz and my glass carafes are obsolete)? I would have left the brand if it were not for the excellent service of Sean (Sbonelo) Bhengu, my Customer Service Agent. Not only did he patiently listen to my complaint and answer my many questions, he offered me a discount without a sales pitch or pressure to change my mind. It was a moment of respect for my experience of frustration and a genuine interest in solving my problem. Highest regards to Sean and to the Soda Stream team for treating their customers with such subtlety and high regard.

Customer Service (Nicole) was phenomenal. I expected the worst and received the best. She understood the issue and very quickly resolved it.

Great customer service

I received and email that my cylinders had not been returned. I contacted SodaStream to advise I had returned them. They checked into my issue and made sure my account was updated immediately. They also then requested that I keep a copy of the tracking number for the next time I return cylinders so that I have proof they were returned.

Top Notch Customer Service Always

Quick. Efficient response from Customer Service. Answered my question and solved my problem to my satisfaction. I am extremely impressed with the great helpful customer service from Soda Stream. They exceed my expectations. Why I will continue to do business with them. Plus, they have a GREAT Product.

Great listener and Helpful

I worked with Levi who gave me all the information I needed, listened to my issue and understood why I was confused, even if it was such a small detail. I was ready to return my canisters which they were able to help me with: label and refund.

Excellent Customer Service

My old Soda Stream needed to be replaced. When looking at a new one I realized that the CO2 cylinders I had on hand were not able to be used in any of the new fizz makers. In addition, I had a lot of them. Thirteen of them to be exact and I thought I was going to have to eat the cost of these old cylinders. Not knowing what I could even do with them, I called customer service to find out. They said to bring them to a retailer who would put them back in inventory and to take a photo of them at the retailer. The photo was used as proof of return so Soda Stream could replace them with the newer ones, They also provided a new fizz maker to me at a nice discount. I call this great customer sevice.
