Convenient but really needs improvement
Although it is convenient to have them shipped, the quarterly "game" of me chasing the tracking of the returned cylinders because they don't is tiresome. If you don't keep an eye on your return each time you will find that it shows as unreturned. So keep a copy of the tracking slip and check online, save the return confirmation because you will need to send it to them to make sure you don't get charged. Another issue was (only once) that I was sent the wrong cylinders, which one can't return but need to go to a store to do so. BTW, Target looked at me really confused about what to do with them although it is an authorized return retailer. Once I also got all 3 bottles faulty, providing only half the charge (only aprox 25 to 30 L vs 60). But it makes it easier to having to go to exchange at stores as many do not carry the original system anymore.

My family has enjoyed using Soda Stream for at least fifteen years. My mother who was in her eighties liked Pepsi Cola. Most of my family liked Pepsi products. Along came Soda Stream and it was everything we were looking for. It offered great tasting flavors while having a carbonator machine to which we could add as little or as much flavor as we wanted! The machine fit easily on my counter and was easy to use. There was also a variety of flavors available! It was a problem solver to all of us!
Over the years I've enjoyed great customer service and a variety of new products all at a reasonable price! Thank you and we enjoy your service!
Customer service is top tier
I've been using my SodaStream for a little over 3 years and have loved it. I've never had any issues with my machine or my tanks until a couple of days ago. I reached out to customer service who promptly scheduled an appointment to video call to help me resolve the issue. Ultimately I was able to fix the machine prior to my appointment. I reached out to explain that I was no longer needing customer support. Unfortunately, I had to cancel just minutes before the phone call which I felt really bad about. I was quickly emailed back and was met with such kind words and empathy regarding my schedule that I couldn't wait to write this review. This is the first time I've needed to use customer support and I'm so glad I had the chance to see how they operate. They have made me a lifelong customer for sure!

I called in due to a mistake on my part. I didn't realize I had to return my tanks as soon as was expected. They explained the return policy, and I would have missed the date and had to pay a fine. They extended my return date, and I was told about the subscription option which will be perfect for me.

Soda Stream is always quick to get back to me if I have a question or problem with any orders I have placed! I love using the CO2 cylinders because they are a much better alternative to can seltzer water and healthier as well ❣️ They have a variety of flavors to add to the seltzer water that are exceptional in taste! I'm a very happy and satisfied customer with the several years I have been enjoying their products!

I'm one of those Rural people that could only use a Walmart exchange for years. A girlfriend broke hers, so gave me 8 more cylinders! Imagine my surprise when Walmart quit. I have 8 empty cylinders. Who needs to house so many?? Gabriella stepped in to help me, sending some boxes out, then I can slowly weed them out. I also will add a subscription for the convenience, Going to town gets complicated on the Ranch!
True Customer Service
I use our SodaStream maker pretty much every day. This is our second and a much better unit with the new design, quick release, etc. I thought I had three bottles ready to return, but only two. I expressed my concern to the Service Representative and she exceeded my expectations, allowing me the extra time to return them and her quick response . Thanks!!
Issue resolved, great customer service
There was some crossed wires on whether my exchange cylinders had been returned. I sent an email to customer service via the website and got am answer within 24 hours. The customer service agent resolved my issue with gusto! It felt good to be treated like a valued customer.

Aside from great products (I love being able to make my own soda water at home), the customer service is top notch. They are timely about replying and quick to help find a resolution that is convenient for the customer. Absolutely recommend SodaStream!

Love our soda stream. We did, however, receive an empty cannister. They made the exchange very easy and even apologized for the error (heartfelt, not rehearsed.) Great experience!!
I love ordering from/returning…
I love ordering from/returning canisters to SodaStream. it is very convenient and I am very satisfied with this process.
However, SodaStreams policy is that if you order two canisters, you will receive a free flavor packet (nice incentive )OF “THEIR”CHOICE….therein, lies the issue. I received a diet packet, and I do not drink any diet soda. So therefore, I am being sent something that I will throw away…..something that SodaStream is losing money on sending me!! there has got to be a better way to send flavor packets of MY choice, rather than SodaStreams choice.
