Very good transaction. I recently bought a watch from Dia at Swiss Horology, once the deal was agreed the watch was immediately shipped and arrived within 24 hours.

They are fine when they are trying to sell something. Less great if there's an issue.

Been looking for an Omega Spectre for months. One came up on Swiss Horology at best price I'd seen anywhere. Slightly hesitant as not heard of company before. Very easy to communicate with on the online chat system. Item as described with all the paperwork and relevant bits included. Delivery through DHL took a few days.

One aftersales issue occurred but was dealt with to my satisfaction.

Finally purchased my dream watch - my first Patek (5930 world time).
The team were amazing from start to finish. Very courteous, reliable and informative. The watch was received within 24 hours of purchasing, and was better than expected.

Extremely happy with the service from Dia at Swiss Horology. I part exchanged a very expensive (to me) watch for a different model from the same brand plus cash my way. I received a very fair price for my watch and the one I purchased was the best price available anywhere.

I absolutely recommend this company. I was very wary of dealing remotely / online for such an expensive item but everything went perfectly. From agreeing a price, sending my watch off to receiving my new one was less than three days, including receiving the cleared funds to my bank account.
