Swiss Horology Opiniones

From an email enquiry about trading my watch for one of theirs and wearing my new watch took 2 days despite us both having to post items each way! Fantastic service - very fair prices (both trade in and purchase) - and an excellent choice of watches. A very trustworthy firm! Couldn't be happier with my new Omega. Will definitely buy from them again

Excellent service from my initial enquiry to purchase and delivery. Nothing was any trouble for Dia who was extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend purchasing a timepiece from Swiss Horology.

Excellent and professional service. Exceeded my expectations. Would have no hesitation recommending.

Great overall experience. Very responsive in dealing with my queries on the online chat. The watch was delivered in person, impeccably packaged and in amazing condition, as described. Delivery was totally flexible to suit my timings. They went over and above.

Excellent service, quick to respond and courteous. Very quick to deliver! Item as described and even with a better strap than advertised which was a pleasant surprise.
Good price, one thing was missing from the full set but had checked this and were honest about this so not a big issue.

Purchased a watch from Swiss Horology, communication was excellent and fast. Never bought remotely like this before so was slightly hesitant, shouldn't have been. Everything when exactly as promised. Extremely happy with the watch and the service provided. Hope to do more business in the future. Highly recommended.

Sceptical at first-but all went well and everything was as described.
Would be happy to buy from this retailer again

Superb watch

Purchasing my first luxury watch from Swiss Horology was a fantastic experience. Throughout the entire purchase process, they were very helpful and informative, going out of their way, making the entire experience wonderful. To top it off, the watch was hand delivered to me. Making a large purchase internationally online can be a bit dicey, but Swiss Horology made it a breeze and less nerve wrecking. Quick and responsive along the entire purchase including post sales. Will definitely be back for the next piece.
