Very poor customer service And their terms are in their terms and not in consideration of customer xperience They decide you’ve changed your mind Well yes because the product is unsatisfactory They claim that they’re transparent because they tell you that ‘change of mind will cost 20%’ they don’t tell you THEY decide you’ve changed your mind They tell you the product is good They don’t listen to you the customer they think leaving the package outside the door is a delivery and separating the order and delivering to a separate entrance is fine AND THEYRE STILL saying IM BEING UNFAIR Which I’m not that was my experience and their customer service is beyond appalling imho If I tell you I’m returning the product because it is not able to be fixed to the wall without alteration that’s not me arbitrarily changing my mind That’s me saying the product is unsatisfactory YOU DONT GET TO TELL ME WHAT MY EXPERIENCE IS That is not being transparent That’s being dictatorial and holding all the cards A very unsatisfactory experience and not one I care to repeat with yourselves

Arrived much faster than expected and very happy with our new dishwasher. Great value too.

The driver dropped off package on a chair near front door. Did not knock on door to alter us he had done this. We were home. Not until left later saw the package

Didn’t get this last garden bed on Friday like the other just arrived today. Can’t wait to assemble it. Very happy with the other two I’ve received. If you have any specials coming up let me know might be able to find a place for a different shape bed. Thanks Matt

I think l have been ripped off no communication until complaint submitted to PayPal all of a sudden a tracking number but no courier company named so unable to track PayPal thinks everything is okay. Still no communication via phone at all disconnected as soon as it rings Going to try PayPal again don’t deal with this company
