Very poor customer service - ordered bed head back in March 2024 - upon checking in April was told it was on back order and would be delivered in mid June. I checked again this week for delivery update to be told item was discontinued! I immediately asked for a full refund to then be told the item would be back in stock next week !! Terrible service from an “Australian owned and run” company.

After informing you by email immediately after the sale that the delivery address was wrong it was delivered to the wrong address anyway leaving $64 out of pocket. Very poor service

Fast transaction and delivery. But please don’t post freebies in your product like portable scale if it’s really not meant to deliver with the product I purchased. Thanks

Product not arrived, unable to call Tanstella office all day,emails not replied to. No receipt for product or confirmation. Please explain.

Please be aware that items photos are for illustration purpose not. That’s what I was told when I purchased an item that was black in photo. Black in description but was brown when I received it. They were rude in response and not helpful at all.
3 days item was left for return and courier never showed yet they demanded I leave it out early morning as that’s when it was booked to be picked up.It rained that afternoon and got wet. Packaging was ruined and item is cheap wood so could not be repackaged. But Tanstella didn’t care.

I ordered a chainsaw & unfortunately I suffered an accident to my back the next day which meant I could not use it. I immediately rang Tanstella & left voicemails on 2 occasions to cancel the order which no one responded to & emailed them also. I was finally informed by email that although the goods had not left the warehouse ( tracking confirmed this ) that I would have to go through the return within 7 day policy ONCE the goods arrived which was weeks later. In total 2 phone calls unanswered & 7 emails to finally get my refund approved today being the 7/05/ 24 from the 9/01/24. Also note this company charges a 20% FLAT FEE of the purchase price RESTOCKING FEE for goods returned, which on a small item is not much, but on a chainsaw or bigger item it becomes significant. I would not recommend this company to anybody. 4 months & 9 interactions to receive a refund minus 20% Flat Fee. Just happy the chainsaw wasn't $1000

I’ve been reply emailing for over two weeks and no one is responding. I still need to return my items to your warehouse and you guys still haven’t even replied after 4 emails sent to you?
This customer service has been the worst I have ever experienced.

This product is not fit for purpose

Delivered on time , as advertised, works well
Unfortunately has a small problem, main head board is out of square with the lower section by about 25mm

Very comfortable for my baby rabbit a lot of space for them and beautiful design I'm love it!
