Arcade Basketball Game
Bought the Arcade Basketball Game. The quality of the game is excellent. I recommend taking note the measurements because it is big. Love the product, and it is very good value for the price.

Gave me a refund of faulty product....very nice!
Some of the finer details ie types of screws used, plugs etc could be improved, more robust. Some failed and I had to buy higher quality replacements that were better suited. The product itself is well designed and well made.

Delivery poor
The order process was fine. When it came to the delivery this was very poor. Used Allied express who would not confirm a delivery date. The parcel has sat in a Mackay depot from the 7th December they will tell us the depot address to collect it ourselves. Would not recommend Allied express

Ordered a tree for this Xmas not next Xmas
If you’re chasing a gift for Xmas don’t bother ordering. Ordered a Xmas tree 12th Nov, left Melbourne bound for Brissie 16th Nov but hasn’t arrived yet. It’s now 4th December. I’ve requested another tree or refund. Have emailed and they say they’re looking into it but nothing. Have sent several emails with no response. Very disappointing.
