DON'T PAY THEM DEPOSIT, THEY DONT RESERVE YOUR TICKETS. USESLESS SET OF PEOPLE. IF WE CAN MASSIVELY REPORT THEM TO POLICE AND COMPANY HOUSE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING AT ALL.

Paid £300 for a "quote" which they lied and said it was a deposit on my flight tickets which is why i booked. They said total balance had to be paid by beginning of June which gave me 3 months but after 2 weeks then requested for balance immediately! Ignored my messages and calls after i asked for a refund and told me the flight I was told they booked me on was no longer available and if I wanted it I'd have to pay more. I was told they will show proof they had booked the flights through British Airways but they couldn't deliver the proof instead agent got rude and defensive. Overall terrible service and I'm £300 down with no flights!!
