Over all, I am happy with the person I dealt with during my ticket booking, Because he was very polite, patient, helpful and persistent.

Although I wish that he told me more about the connecting fight logistics.

I was assisted by Zeeshan and he was helpful and professional.
The airlines cancelled my ticket and zeeshan tried to find me another ticket.
Although the price went considerably high, zeeshan tried to compensate me by offering me vouchers for my next travel.
I appreciate zeeshan hard work and good customer services. He is dedicated and has good communication skills.

This company is very deceving. Please.dont waste your time and money on them. The staff are rude and don't have any customer service skills. My experience with them was horrible. I had a call.from Elaina regarding booking a flight to Melbourne...although not sure how she got my number. I gave her my dates and she then emailed me the itinerary with the cost of the ticket. They made me pay a deposit £100 and said the rest of the cost could be paid in 15 minutes when they issue the ticket. When I called after 15 minutes to pay and get the ticket issued they came up with an excuse that there was a problem with the airline so they can't issue the ticket at that price and said the price now was double than what they initially quoted me. They refused to give.my deposit even though their terms state that only if you don't issue the ticket within the said period the deposit won't be refunded but in my case I called within 15minutes to issue the ticket. The next day I had a call from Elaina again you put me through her Manager who was very rude refused to give her name and started calling me a liar and saying she can't refund my deposit instead forcing me.to buy a ticket at a high cost. Pls avoid this company...they would.sweet talk ans get you to pay the deposit so you will be forced to then buy the tickets at a high cost. This company doesn't deserve even 1 star rating.

Scammers!!! booked a flight and paid £200 deposit then they said that the flight was unconfirmed by the airline. They offered me a different and expensive flight which was 5 hours longer than the one I booked. I offered to pay but they insisted on bank transfer which was another red flag. They then said I can not get my refund onto my card and instead i will get vouchers. Be very careful!!!

Price given then price and flight changed to get more money out of me. Ail was the agent. I did not part with anymore money from £650 the price went up to £990. I WROTE TO MY BANK AND GOT THE REFUND. DONT BOOK WITH TICKET FINDERZ. THEY HAVE OTHER COMPANY USING DIFF NAMES BE CAREFUL THEY ARE SCAM.GOOD LUCK.
