Sarah or whatever her name was, was disgustingly rude called me crazy and said i needed medical aid all because i asked for a refund as i wasn't pleased with the tossing back and forth that was going on she went on to insult me and said why wouldn't i want to pay a price we HAD NOT agreed on in the first place THE WHOLE THING IS SO FRIVOLOUS and a big scam imagine being insulted because a service you're paying for isn't what is given to you like what in the hell! after blocking their number she tried calling me on several other numbers numerously weird asf

Poor service from this company. Booked tickets to Mahe, Seychelles at the advertised price and paid £200 deposit. Called a week later to pay balance and was told tickets would be more expensive than advertised and that credit cards not accepted if I wanted to fix the new price. I requested a cancellation and refund but company would only refund half of my deposit saying there was a £100 cancellation fee.

I booked 5 tickets to Nairobi in Summer however there's an issue with the airline. I must say, Ali was brilliant, quite and very helpful. His reassurance was top notch! He took us through the process of changing our flights, and worked so hard to ensure that the cost was within our budget. To top it up, he ensured that we got £1000 credit voucher (£200 each) to use when purchasing tickets in the future. Ali also ensured that our flights were upgraded from standard economy to Premium. I booked tickets with Ticket Finderz LTD (ticketfinderz.co.uk) and paid a £200 deposit based on what appeared to be an excellent price. This company is operating a classic bait-and-switch scam followed by aggressive and unprofessional customer service.After paying the deposit, the company contacted me to say the actual ticket price was more than double the original quoted price.They refused to process a full cash refund. Instead, they demanded I accept a split refund: 50% cash (£120) and 50% in an EMD Voucher (£80.00GBP). Crucially, they repeatedly refused to provide the terms and conditions for this voucher (which they called a "goodwill gesture")
To justify their refusal to refund, they claimed the flight had been cancelled. I contacted the airline (Saudia) directly, and they confirmed that the flight was running exactly as scheduled. This confirms the company is engaged in deliberate, fraudulent misrepresentation to avoid their refund obligations.
My experience with their representative, Zeeshan, was appalling. During a phone call, he was shouting down the phone at me. His tone and manner were aggressive and unreasonable that I was shocked. The subsequent email trail and stalking calls reflects this complete lack of professionalism, with responses being written in ALL CAPS using confusing and unprofessional language.

I escalated this case to my bank as a fraudulent transaction to initiate a full chargeback which was resolved today. This company uses predatory pricing, lies about airline statuses, and employs abusive staff. They should not be trusted with your money or your travel plans.

I was very impressed about how I was treated, essentially by Ali, he was very patient and very explicit about everything, he every effort possible to get me tickets to travel in December that is usually busy considering the fact I didn't book earlier.
Ali made it possible even when I already gave up.

I have just experienced the best customer service care in the hands of 'Asi'. He was civil, and detailed in enabling me sorte out my travel bookings. He is a good example of how customer service should be delivered.

This company is full of scammers. They coax you in with cheap tickets just to increase it later. In my case, a £1,500 flight to Africa for me and my entire family. I paid the deposit but then I realised they were scammers and cancelled my ticket. They then gave me a voucher for their own company which is absurd. Don’t buy from these people they are scammers. Avoid them 100%!!!
