I knew what I wanted, my travel dates, airline and flight details, allI needed was for someone to make it happen.

I had not used this company before, but it was mentioned to me by a friend.
.Abraham, listened carefully to my request and then politely and respectfully offered me alternative and sometimes cheaper options to consider. He wasn't pushy, rude or forceful, but clearly knew his job and wanted me to get the best, most cost effective deal possible.

Once, he understood that I was very specific regarding my travel arrangements, he did everything possible to make them happen in a most emphatic and respectful manner.
Abraham made sure that I was fully aware and involved during the whole process and always returned my attenpted contacts, when he was otherwise engaged.

Overall I was very satisfided with the efficient and appropriate service from this company.

My experience was really good. Urwa the travel agent worked really hard to make sure I got the right tickets to suit my needs. She went above and beyond to also get compensation from a different airline as well ☺️. I would highly recommend her service as she truly does a really good job catering for the needs of her clients. I have booked a flight ticket with them and my experience so far have been great and productive...customer service have been excellent and carefully dealt with with (Urwa) has she has handled my queries perfectly and few friends have said the same.

Although the flight i wanted was not available and less option presented Abraham was helpful and has a good customer service skills.

Travelandtickets is a scam! I paid a £100 deposit for a direct flight, clearly agreed at the time of booking. Without my knowledge or consent, they changed the booking to a layover flight with a different airline and amount. I only discovered this when I attempted to complete payment.

I did not cancel the booking, yet they are now refusing to promptly refund my money and attempting to deflect responsibility. This is a clear case of fraud and breach of agreement.

To make matters worse, this company operates under multiple business names, which should immediately raise red flags for anyone considering using them.

I am currently pursuing this matter formally with my solicitor. I am posting this review to warn others not to fall victim to the same deceptive practices. Avoid at all costs. If zero stars were an option, I would give it without hesitation, as this company does not deserve even one star.

Criminal ring travelandtickets who will never allow you to pay for the flight that you believed that you made a deposit. This company is the lowest and I hope that no one fall for their fake reviews that friends and family writes for them. I paid my £250 deposit but when i contacted the agent Urwa Hafeez to make the final payment, she gave me a price for £1800. Stay away from this criminal site that prey on volunerable people

I was disappointed that I lost a fare that compared well with others because I was 1/2 hour late in responding to the offered fare deal.
Travel Consultant Noor explained why. She tried her best to help, spending time searching for the cheapest fare. Nevertheless, I ended up paying £300 more for the trip than originally quoted.

I have had an epic and wonderful flawless time from the very start.I was served by Noor who showed worked and walked with me throughout the entire process until I received my E-tickets.
Booking a flight ticket has never been as easy as he made it.
I would definitely recommend and come again for my future tickets.

Stay away from this company,took deposits for flights then tell you flights are not available and try and sell you more expensive flights. Very shady payment structure into different named account.also keep deposits.scammers
