THIS IS A 5-STAR SCAM COMPANY !!!! Do not book with them; the 5-star reviews are fake. They also operate as flightclicks.co.uk. They will request that you pay into a bank account to balance the cost of the ticket. You will not be refunded. Run, run, run. The website needs to be brought down!!!

Offer huge discount,take £100 deposit (not full payment)then when you come to pay in full the flight you need isn't available at the agreed price,in my case 100's more.Asked for a refund and was offered a voucher on future flights.Thought I was eventually going to get a refund but its £10( £90 for ticket cancellation which were never issued) When I said I could get the same flight they offered me as an alternative a lot cheaper on experian I was told don't trust them! Seems these people need to get a real job instead of scamming people

I was booking my flight to LA and Abraham was very helpful with the whole process. My original flight I had deposited for was no longer available so Abraham quickly found me an alternative at no extra costs. If you are booking with this company, I highly recommend you go through Abraham.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with this travel agency. From the very beginning, I clearly stated multiple times that I needed to travel from 13 December to 27 December. Despite repeating this over and over, the agent kept offering completely different dates, including 8 December and 12 December, which I clearly said I cannot travel on.

They even issued my ticket for 12 December, a date I never agreed to. I mean, I only told them several times that I work Monday to Friday and literally cannot fly on the 8th or 12th - but apparently, they know my schedule better than I do. Why would a customer want the date they actually asked for, right?

When I questioned them, they tried to shift the blame onto me, claiming my email reply “Go ahead and issue the ticket” meant I agreed to the wrong date-when in reality, they instructed me over the phone exactly what to reply as part of their process. That is not consent, and they know it.

During the booking, I also found a better-priced flight on Skyscanner, a platform I’ve trusted for over 10 years. When I mentioned booking it instead, the agent (Urwa) strongly discouraged me, saying it was a “dummy flight” and insisting they would find me a better deal. I trusted their advice, and yet they still issued the ticket for the wrong date, causing unnecessary stress and wasted time (I paid £1,151.98) what a waste of all the hard earned money.

Their response afterward was even worse-completely dismissive, ignoring the fact that their own call recordings would clearly show I never once approved travel on the wrong date.

This service has been unreliable, misleading, and extremely frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are far more professional and trustworthy travel platforms available.

It honestly feels like I was taken advantage of for trusting too much. I learned the hard way that not everyone treats customers with honesty and care.

Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and financial loss. Book elsewhere.

This company is a deposit scam firm, there lure you in with cheap tickets take a deposited of you, get you to wait days to pay for the tickets and then tell you the price has more then doubled.
Don't trust them !!!

I had a previous booking for 30th November 25 . but due to Medical Issue , i am waiting for an operation , When i explained to URWA , she help be get another booking , and did this so professionally and fast , i appreciate her dedication to your Company , she is an asset to you . Gordon McCrae

This was by far the best customer experience I have received today. When I had a problem where I am panicking, frustrated, I was lucky to come across, Urwa, Abraham, and Armaan, who were delighted to help avert the issue I was facing.. I missed a flight, and had no other, no option from my side. Their take on the matter sorted the issue. Im more than happy and at peace.

This is my first time experience with this company. I can confirm that iam very satisfied with service provided by Consultant Abraham. He is very polite and calm. My worries and anxiety was calm by his constance assurances that led to the final purchase. The process of bank payment should be looked into.

I had my consultation with Urwa, and she was very nice and helpful. During our first call, she clearly explained my options and found me a ticket at a good price. I paid a £60 deposit to secure the booking.

Unfortunately, when the due date came, I was informed that I was on the waiting list. They later offered me a ticket with a different airline at a higher cost. Despite this issue, I eventually got my ticket. Overall, Urwa was kind and professional, though the experience could have been smoother.
