I have nothing but praise for Tumella’s
Customer service.
I purchased two umbrellas from them last year. Unfortunately I had an issue with one of them not folding down. I contacted the company not sure if they could help in anyway. But to my surprise I was dealt with swiftly. I explained the issue and without quibble they apologised and immediately sent me out a new umbrella. There customer service is excellent. I was dealt with politely and efficiently. I would recommend Tumella with out hesitation. There product is exactly as advertised great guarantee. Thank you

This is a very nice umbrella. It doesn't blow up in the wind and comes in a nice variety of colors. I would recommend it to anyone that likes high-quality umbrellas.

I keep this umbrella always in my trunk, its handy when it rains. It does not fold on wind, its easy to open and close

I've had the tumbella for a while now and it's my favorite umbrella so far. It's very easy to open and close it and it has withstand strong winds. I like it is compact sp I can carry it in my purse with me everywhere I go.

My Tumella umbrella has been great! I’ve been using it for about 2 years now and it still works as well as it did when I first got it. I love that it doesn’t pop backwards in wind gusts. And it’s just petty to look at!

These are great umbrellas, sturdy, easy to open and close, large enough to shelter you and yet compact enough to carry with you “just in case”, plus they are beautiful. And on top of all that, the customer service is quite amazing, my opening mechanism developed a fault and it was replaced, just as they promised. Highly recommend😊☔️
