Excellent.

Tumella Stands with their products. Bought my umbrella back in 2024 and I take it with me all the time all around the world. A few weeks ago, my umbrella jammed contacted Tumella. Gen Castillo rapidly responded and described the problem to her. She quickly diagnosed the issue and sent me a replacement right away!

I love my umbrella. I like the way you push a button to open it and also close it. It doesn’t feel like it will break in a slight wind and has some cute designs.

I haven't had any issues with my umbrella. Hopefully I won't, but reviews suggest they will stand by their promise to replace it.

This umbrella withstands high winds and doesn't turn inside out orbreak. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service! And a lifetime warranty!I I only used the umbrella once and had great difficulty closing it. I contacted the company and within a week I had a brand new umbrella. They stand by their word and deliver as promised. Great company. You will never be sorry ordering an umbrella through them

Tumella makes great umbrellas! I love that they don't flip inside out or break when I'm using mine during heavy rain and wind storm.

Have used my umbrella a few times in heavy wind and rain. It does blow inside out but it’s very strong and goes back to normal quickly and hasn’t broken.its so sturdy. I did have an issue with the small cap on the top of the umbrella but the customer service is second to none and a new one was sent straight out. Communication is fantastic. Highly recommend

I can’t say enough good things about the TUMELLA umbrella. I have actually bought a couple of them. Initially I bought one for myself as I live in a pretty rainy area, where we have severe windstorms in the winter. My Tumella Umbrella has outperformed every other large and compact umbrellas I’ve ever had. It is compact and comes in a multitude of color selections. It is the most sturdily built umbrella I’ve seen, at any price. I loved mine so much I purchased one for my daughter who lives in Seattle, the rainy capital of Washington State!! She does a lot of Volunteer work which requires she be outside in the rainy weather, so I knew she would benefit using it, not only for the coverage and strength on stormy days, but also for its compact size, because she can easily fit it into her bag when not in use. She loves hers too!
I would highly recommend the Tumella Umbrella to anyone who needs a dependable umbrella they can count on!! You’ll probably never need to use your lifetime warranty!

I got a nice little umbrella from them in early 2024. It worked great fir a couple of years then broke. I just found out that they have a lifetime warranty. Not sure if that will work for me in this case, but the umbrella lasted longer than most i have had!
