Can't order different items online so you will be left ordering multiple items paying for delivery for each! Sent message to point out the online flaw, as yet to receive a reply, wonder why...

Paid for next day delivery, turned up about 4 days later , requested a refund on carriage from sales office , not even a reply !!!!! Terrible service

Lucky dip picking, packing and posting...

1st order and they delivered the wrong item. However they did resend the correct item the next day, so 3 stars for the quick turnaround.

Part arrived on time as expected

Part arrived on time as expected. Unfortunately it was the wrong fitting. My mistake.

Returned part and obtained refund.

Tara Soul

Tara Soul, Sales Coordinator was absolutly fantastic at her job. She must have spent quite some time solving my problem. I cannot praise her enough and if other staff members are to her quality, then praise must go to your HR department for their selection and training process.
