Can't order different items online so you will be left ordering multiple items paying for delivery for each! Sent message to point out the online flaw, as yet to receive a reply, wonder why...

Paid for next day delivery, turned up about 4 days later , requested a refund on carriage from sales office , not even a reply !!!!! Terrible service

The cat’s meow.

This is the second Catwalk cat flap I’ve bought - the first is still going strong after 4 years. They look fine and work beautifully, plus the cats love them. If I ever need to replace them I’ll certainly buy these again. Easy ordering and fast delivery.

Items were delivered the next day

Items were delivered the next day, very quick service. We have an issue with the size of one of the items ordered but have been dealing with a very helpful Customer Services (Hayley) and we're confident that she is doing all she can to resolve it as quickly as possible.
