Excellent service
Excellent service. I bought an esim afew days before my arrival and with a little help from the WhatsApp support which is great and very responsive, I managed to set it all up. On arrival in Bali, switched my phone on and was immediately connected to local Telkomsel.
Would definitely recommend and it's good to support local businesses rather than the big esim international companies.

Willing and eager to help even when I bought an esim for a phone that is not compatible. They delivered a physical Sim to my hotel free of charge- it was their suggestion! You need to upload your passport. I recommend using an Adobe scan or similar as a photo was not sufficient

I ran into some technical issues setting up the two eSIMs I purchased, and the team was extremely responsive via both WhatsApp and email. I was especially impressed that they replied to my email on a Sunday to help me get sorted. Highly recommended for their value and reliability!

Bit confusing setup, fast help service, now all in all good service
The setup with the required documents is a little tricky, not entirely straight forward, but manageable. I would wish this process with selfies with the EMEI and passport to be more easy.
But if anyone has problems with this setup, directly contact the help service online. My problems were solved quickly to my satisfaction.
Now everything is running without any problems.
