I recently purchased 4 bar stools and…
I recently purchased 4 bar stools and an 8ft LED Christmas tree.
I was a little concerned when I hadn't received anything after 10 days so wrote an email. They pointed out there shipping page.
I received the items a little later and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of both the stools and the tree.
The tree was awesome and the LED lights were better than expected. Tt was so easy to put up compared to our old one.
Email correspondence was fast and professional.
Would recommend again.

I have been disgusted by the service…
I have been disgusted by the service provided. I ordered Christmas decorations almost a month ago. I live 30 mins from their warehouse. There have been order cancellations, changes, excuses and apologies. Our office closed mid December and we will have very limited use of all of the items we ordered.
Whilst the staff are apologetic they don’t actually fix the problem.
We’ve been in contact with their customer service countless times via email but there is no ability to discuss on the phone and they are asking us to now refuse delivery if we want our money back - that would be helpful if the items were ever delivered. They blame the courier for not having tracking - they should pick another courier. In saying that it was two weeks before they advised me that my item was now out of stock and a further 5 days before they replaced it with another item and we are now some 8 days later with still nothing.
4 weeks after ordering and nothing. Avoid this organisation at all costs.

While I deeply regret that the original tree you ordered was no longer available, I genuinely feel that we did everything within our power to resolve the matter for you as quickly and fairly as possible.
To recap:
The initial delay in processing your order was in accordance with our shipping policy during high-volume sales events. As priority processing was not selected, your order entered our standard dispatch queue.
Our standard processing time for free deliveries is up to 14 business days. On 9 November, 10 business days after your order, we were informed by the warehouse of damage to the slimline pallet, rendering those trees unsellable. We promptly informed you of this issue.
On 11 November, you requested an upgraded tree, which we provided free of charge, waiving over $100 in additional costs and applying complimentary priority processing. The upgraded tree was dispatched on 12 November at 6:23 am, well within our estimated 14-business-day timeline.
Having carefully reviewed all communication, I genuinely believe our team worked diligently to assist you courteously and promptly. Despite incurring a financial loss on your order, we prioritised resolving the issue rather than cancelling it outright, as we understand how important these items were for your office.
Additionally, we offered to waive return and shipping fees if you chose to return the item and assured you of a full refund. Since you ultimately decided to keep the items, we hope they are now meeting your expectations and adding value to your office space.
As a fellow business owner, I kindly ask that you consider updating your review to reflect that the upgraded items were delivered at no additional cost and that we made every effort to resolve the situation in a timely manner. We deeply value your support and truly hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.

I found exactly what I needed. The description had easy to follow measurements . Photos excellent . Postage time fast . I needed an occasional chair that didnt take up a big space.
