I find Expresscabs to be highly proffessional. From booking the taxi to the journey itself. The telephonist was polite and very helpful and the driver and car were both clean and smart. The driver helped wirh our bags to and from the car. Will definately be using them again.

We use these guys for all of our airpot transfers. Always excellent service. Cars clean, drivers polite and today we are travelling with our granddaughter and the driver brought a really good quality age appropriate car seat. If i need a taxi at home i use these and not uber.

The office team are really helpful and we get text conformations and a call the day before to confirm.

The cab driver Mark arrived on time and was the nicest cab driver I have ever had. We had some really good conversations and I hope I get him again soon. Couldn’t rate him any lower than a 5, thanks a lot! 👍

I booked the taxi a day before at 06:05 am to catch another bus going to work. Waited until 06:20 until the driver came.
I missed my bus, late for an hour at work.
Felt like a trust that is broken. Terrible experience

Our daughter just started Reception, booked taxi for in advance for few days , 2 out of 4 bookings cancelled by me due to taxi late by 20-30 min, with no update messages, emails, and ect. Every time calling for update- getting lies that I’m top of the list . It’s time critical school runs, why not to send a message or have a message pop up, that for our company 30-40 min lateness- normality, so customers can have a choice taking a risk or booking different company!
