We have used express several times for taking our family of 6 to Gatwick airport and back home, we cannot recommend them enough. The drivers are always on time and extremely helpful.

Express Cabs have been brilliant sourcing me wheelchair accessible taxis at a variety of times a day to take my son - currently in a wheelchair - and me to his appointments in London and Maidstone. The staff are friendly, professional and very helpful.

Order my taxi for 9:00 through the app but released it early I've now been waiting almost 25 minutes terrible service they're supposed to be with the biggest company in Maidstone but they're terrible as a disabled person needed to go from appointment I'm gonna miss my appointment absolute terrible company terrible everything can't even give you an ETA when your tax is going to be here I've now waited almost 25 minutes or more for my taxi and I've missed my appointment thank you very much it was a cancer appointment they have no competition they are terrible worst customer service

Used this company a lot over the last few years and generally they are very reliable and I would recommend them. Very reasonable rates as well. Their app is easy to use as well. My only small criticism is that the app will not handle multiple pick ups or drop offs. If you need a cab with more than one pick up or drop off, you have to phone to book. It would be really nice if the app could be modified to handle this.

Yet again, I have to review this company. I know it is the third time and I certainly dont receive any monetary incentive to be nice about the company! HOWEVER, now I am in my dotage, I have twice seriously mucked them about and still they transport me to the airport about three times a year!
I always thoroughly enjoy my trips with lovely drivers who have such fascinating stories to tell. I am at a loss to read people moaning. I have only had the best service, marvellous kind office staff and await my next journey as something to look forward to.

Using the mobile app gives you a price which is great. Until the actual price you pay is higher than what it says. Bit of a con if you ask me.

It was a very bad day for airport travel with an accident in the motorway. While all other roads were equally blocked due to the issue. I almost missed my flight if it wasn't for Adrians quick thinking and experince. Fantastic service.

For over 13 years ive used this company, I will no longer need their services. Honestly worst driver ive ever had and its.been getting steadily worse

1) no seat belt
2) using mobile phone
3) revving car ans then breaking hard
So much more.. .

The gent was very polite and friendly but honestly made me any my wife sick all the time.

Phoned in to talk to someone and told no cant do that must use email, not whats tge issue and ill get a manager to call you. So we will share on all of our social media platforms ... really disgraceful !

I have been using Express Taxis regularly for more than two years and want to sing the company's praises! The drivers are friendly, professional and always on time. I have used them for several trips to the airport and they always confirm my booking the day before. They help me with my case and tack my flight to ensure they are in Arrivals waiting for me - a really excellent service, highly recommended.

Pre booked. We changed locations & the cab picked us up from the right location. Very friendly driver & a decent price £43. 30 west mailing to Newington sittingbourne. Will use again.

Used the app in the hotel. Received a recipe saying taxi on way. 20 mins later no taxi and when I call they say they have no record of it. Nearly missed the last entry for the event we were going to. Do not use.

Excellent service from Express Cabs. My driver, Oualid (driver number 255), was extremely helpful and kindly carried my cases downstairs from my apartment, which I really appreciated. The car was comfortable, clean and modern, making the journey very pleasant.

Even with a hold up on the M25, he stayed calm and focused on getting me to the airport on time. He was an unflappable and careful driver throughout. The door to door service truly exceeded my expectations. I would happily use Express Cabs again and highly recommend them.

Was quoted £30-£35 for a taxi but ended up being £40 so don’t believe what they tell you the price will be
