We bought quite a lot from the store…
We bought quite a lot from the store after it opened in Enniskillen — 3 beds, 2 bedside lockers, a chest of drawers and a vanity. We also ordered a sofa and pouffe on 4th July. At the time, we were told it would be October for delivery, which we were more than happy to wait for.
The sofa was finally delivered today, but unfortunately the pouffe wasn’t with it. I rang to find out where it was, only to be told that we now won’t receive it until 10th November. It’s disappointing after already waiting so long.
To make matters worse, one of the beds we had delivered two weeks ago is still outstanding and we’re still waiting for it.
We’ve spent a fair amount of money with the store and have been very patient, but the delays and now having items delivered separately are becoming frustrating. Hopefully everything will be sorted soon, but overall the experience so far has been disappointing.

Estimated lead times are given based on past experiences, but unfortunately delays can sometimes occur due to manufacturing, shipping or customs issues.

Coleraine store
We recently visited the coleraine store to purchase our sofa for our new home. We had previously dealt with Richard who was so friendly and helpful when we were initially enquiring so we knew that’s who we would like to come back to when purchasing the sofa!
