We bought a two seater satee with two matching chairs and a low level table. These were not in the store to view but were shown print out views of them. They looked good just what we were looking for. However when the items arrived I was shocked to see the size of the table, it was 1 meter square on the top. I thought I had ordered a rectangular table. It was really too big for the space. The delivery men looked at the documents I had and agreed that the drawing was that of a rectangular table and said that as they had opened it they could not take it back. They suggested I contact customer care and express my problem to them. This I have done and am still awaiting a reply from them. I would advise that if ordering from EZ living that you pay careful attention to the dimensions of the items you are buying, especially if they are not in the store for you to see for yourself.

We have just had our new bed delivered
We have just had our new bed delivered, I am delighted with the bed, the quality & style are immaculate! All staff that we dealt with were pleasant & very helpful, David F & Aron M have just delivered & built our bed, both of the guys were friendly & very easy to deal with bringing some polite conversation & humour with their visit.
It did take over 3.5 months for the bed to be delivered but it is well worth it the quality of materials & craftsmanship are fantastic!

Excellent customer service
I popped into EZ living yesterday looking for some items, I didn’t realise they had such a good range of rugs upstairs, I got talking to a lovely lady called Vera who is a visual merchandiser I believe. I was asking her advice re the rugs and then spoke to her re what I was originally in there for. She was extremely helpful and I left with my purchase, I’m also going back this morning to purchase a couple of rugs. In the world we live in today it’s very difficult to get good customer service but thankfully Vera was an absolute joy to deal with. Thank you Vera ☺️

Didn’t receive what I was supposed to…
Didn’t receive what I was supposed to and told after wards that’s not in the system ! Showed a sofa with lots of cushions and told that’s what I would receive but not the case! Promised a piece of material into the deal and then had to pay for it !

In depth knowledge from Jonnny H at the Shane retail park Belfast store. Was knowledgeable in sofa construction and materials use, spent time with us on a number of visits to the store. Bought a Superking sized bed, and will return for two sofa combinations, dining table, chairs and occasional furniture, when screed floor is dry.
