I bought a small sideboard from this store and Adam Redfern was extremely helpful with my purchase, as the sideboard was slightly hidden and he was very thorough in providing dimensions as well as any defects. Will definitely return for other potential furniture purchases

Samantha and the Holywood store.
Found the Holywood store to be excellent. This applies especially to the sales executive Samantha Moffett who could not have been more helpful. She was not pushy in any way but answered questions honestly, as well as giving us all the time in the world to browse and satisfy ourselves as to the right purchase.
Delivery was exactly as specified and the delivery team were on time, friendly and careful.

First class service
David F and Ryan R done a tidy and professional job today. I received a text to tell me they were 30mins away and they arrived on time. They assembled our new bed in about an hour and even cleaned up and took away any packaging. Great job from the whole EZ Living team from start to finish

Coleraine store excells in customer service
I called in to the coleraine store today to order a footstool and ended up with a foot stool and 6 new dining chairs. Alisha and Amina who was a new employee were brilliant and so patient with me and showed me round the whole store looking for the dining chairs which im so happy about. They took their time with me helping to choose the right colour and style until we got the right match for my house. This is my third time dealing with Alisha and her customer service skills are excellent. 5 stars today for her and Amina.
