Purchase made after great help
We were shopping for a kitchen table and chairs After looking around the store a salesman Jason Duffin offered help He was very friendly and was to show us different options as well as demonstrating how the extending tables worked He even carried chairs around store to help us match with tables He was able to answer our questions regarding delivery etc I was very impressed with his approach resulting in making a purchase

Easy experience by competent staff member
Jason Duffin greeted us after we had time to browse in the store at the Boulevard Banbridge. He listened to what we explained we were looking for. He very quickly was able to show us options and demonstrated how tables extended etc. Jason was very patient, not pushy and gave us time and space to discuss ourselves the option available. Very happy with our purchase and the help provided.

On entering shop we made a our way to the bedding section,and soon after a sales person cane to our aid.
The selection was enormous and took us through all the different range from soft to hard (mattresses) he was very knowledgeable and patient as we had a good try of the item we wanted , we agreed and went to cash desk where the politeness was evident we got all the details of price and delivery options and the deal was concluded,,a great experience with a warm and friendly staff I shall be going there in future

My wife and I ordered a 2nr 4 seater…
My wife and I ordered a 2nr 4 seater sofas and a footstool yesterday through Amie McManus. The process was simple and hassle free. After coming home we realised 2nr 4 seaters may be too large for the room so I contacted Amie who was able to change our order to 2nr 3 seater sofas hassle free. Before making the call I was hesitant as I thought here we go I will be charged an admin fee however I was not. Everything was communicated clearly and hassle free so thank you Amie and we look forward to receiving our sofas and footstool in the coming weeks.

We recently visited the Holywood…
We recently visited the Holywood Exchange store in Belfast and had the most pleasant experience with Julie. She helped my daughter and future son in law purchase their first bed with side tables.
She made the whole experience very easy and didn’t push them to purchase. She listened to them, guided them and went the extra mile to make them feel they got exactly what they wanted and needed.
Julie gave them the 5 star experience and had made them want to return to the store again to make other purchases.

Dylan Rhodes was super
Dylan Rhodes was very helpful when my husband and I were purchasing multiple items. He was a perfect sales man, helpful but knew when to step back to give us time to think over decisions. We have not been in that store in a long time and was super impressed with customer service and the choice, particularly the sofa range.

The delivery driver would not bring the 4 chairs in individual boxes into the house as he said he was not insured. How would they cope if it was a table. I am just recovering from leukemia really was not funny me having to carry them into the house
