The delivery driver would not bring the 4 chairs in individual boxes into the house as he said he was not insured. How would they cope if it was a table. I am just recovering from leukemia really was not funny me having to carry them into the house

This service includes drop off only ,so unfortunately ,the courier would not be at liberty to enter your property,
We do provide an alternative service where the items are delivered by our dedicated specialist team, ensuring careful handling and positioning as instructed,

Good choice of clearance items. Staff are very attentive but Adam was excellent. Advised, measured and friendly attitude. Good prices on our items. We bought and left with a smile.

We order a sofa from the Taylor range…
We order a sofa from the Taylor range and before buying we spoke to a person in the Enniskillen branch and had been told that this sofa was highly accessible and could buy extra seat when needed to make the sofa fit into the room. We went back to order the extra pieces which the company found hard to find on their search. We finally found the correct pieces. We then ordered them and paid in full. Waited 3 weeks for delivery which was amazing but to then be told they didn't have all the goods. On their delivery note it was 1 armchair and 1 extra insert for the sofa but we had ordered 2 extra inserts. No email, no phone call to make us aware of this problem. I had to make contact with the company myself and they still didn't know what was happening. Extremely disappointed in the service and experience. Delivery drivers where amazing.
