Grass Warehouse Opiniones

Delivery was perfect, packaging, keeping up to date with tracking information. The grass is high quality on the thickest squares, soft and looks durable. I’m sorry I can not review other areas until the Nursery children have interacted with it, in and outside of the classroom.

Really good advice about the product we needed and the sample pack was great. Very easy to order online and efficient delivery service.

Ordered a sample box to get an idea on what grass to get. Two weeks have passed and it still hasn’t arrived, the tracking still states that they are expecting the parcel. I have emailed the company three times regarding my issue and they haven’t bothered responding. Luckily it was just a sample box what cost pennies. I hope this issue doesn’t happen with proper orders. Very disappointed with the service and communication

Really happy with our grass, and customer service was great. Thanks guys!

Fantastic quality at a reasonable price! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very good tbh. Delivery on the slow aide tho

Many thanks. Deliverd on time great price good quality will be back

Great Quality artificial grass and fantastic Service
After doing lots of research and sending off for many different samples we settled with the Grass Warehouse due to them being fairly priced, good quality and the communication from Chris was so good. Buying for our animal charity I especially need to make sure every penny is spent well, it is a mine field knowing which one to pick. Chris was very helpful and answered all of our questions. There is the option to buy accessories as well but no pushy sales, it is all there on the website, it works it all out for you so you know how much to buy, even down to the pins!
Delivery was only a few days so great all round service.

The grass is superb, and exactly what I wanted!!

Unfortunately the attitude and service from your delivery partner for our order was appalling. Hence the 3 star rating.

Great experience from start to finish. Kevin was superb at assisting with exactly what I needed for my project. Delivery service was great, they used a 3rd party company but they were punctual and really accommodating with where I wanted my grass roles putting. The grass and products themselves were of a high quality. At first I wasn’t overly impressed with the grass and thought the roles they sent were different than the sample but after using my brush machine, I was happy.

Overall a really pleasant experience

Thank you and thanks Chris!

Ordered artificial grass at a reasonable price. Small issue when it arrived but Shelly sorted it out quickly. Thanks very much.

It was delivered on time. The quality was as expected from the samples provided.

Prompt delivery and the grass met my expectations.

Very helpful, Peter gave a lot of advice and sent out samples. Once we’d decided to go with our choice everything was so smoothly and professional handled by the team.
Thanks very much for all your help
I’ll definitely be recommending to all my friends and family

Thank you Peter for an excellent service! He was so helpful and gave me guidance on my product. I haven't laid out my grass yet but overall I found it a very easy experience ordering! Thank you Peter.

From my initial call with Chris in Huyton, he could not be more helpful in arranging a visit to select the right product then working to a very tight timeline for delivery so my project could be finished over the bank holiday weekend. Chris went over and above the expectations and was a pleasure to deal with. He is a credit to the company, listening to the customer needs and challenges and making sure he can deliver on those expectations. 5 star !!

Absolutely fantastic product. Easy ordering, with plenty of information on how to work out your measurements & requirements. Great value for money & it looks amazing!!
Good customer service, where delivery details are provided throughout.
I'm so glad I chose this company over the rest. Highly recommend

Poor quality grass was really bad very thin for 40mm won't last

The grass looks very real. I am pleased
