I honestly can’t recommend Grass Warehouse enough!

From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly and so easy. Chris was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions and made choosing the right grass really straightforward. Quick delivery and completely hassle-free.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and provides such a professional service from beginning to end.

Ordered and securely delivered within a week

Chris kept me informed as well as the delivery partner about delivery and it arrived on time. Once unrolled by the carpet fitter the carpet was in the new condition that was expected.

The service was first class. I received what I ordered on the day it was promised.

Amazing experience with this company. I was looking at getting grass and forgot all about it until I got a call from Chris. He was perfect from start to finish and can clearly see he is a professional at keeping a customer happy (which he definitely did).

Grass arrived as planned and probably a bit quick than expected.

Would 100% recommend and shop again.

Thanks alot Chris!!

All is well except there is a defect ( line ) in the middle, its not been carefully check before packing.

Vicky was really informative about the products available and most suitable for my project. She was kind, friendly and wanted to help.

A good selection of samples received - Vicky kept in touch without being intrusive by message to make sure all received and no problems, she let me know she was there for any queries, questions or help. Vicki also helped with processing the order as I had issues with doing this online, she was exceptionally helpful and called me, ensuring a seamless service and I received the order within days. The delivery guys were also very helpful and helped me get this through my side gate and into the garden to be kept out of the way. Overall an excellent service. Thank you Vicky it was nice to have a real person that was so helpful on hand.

Fantastic support and guidance from Chris to choose the right grass for my family and me , very happy with our new grass 😊

The quality of the grass is fantastic and we’re so pleased. It’s not often you get such great customer service, So I wanted to take the time to leave a review. Thanks so much, Chris - we’re absolutely delighted! 😊

This is the second time I have bought from Grass Warehouse. I was so impressed with the first order and the quality of the grass that I decided to do the front of the property also.
Thank you Grass Warehouse.

Found what we were looking for in the colour and size, very efficient and quick delivery, no problems at all, very pleased with the outcome.

Whilst trying to choose between the many different types of artificial grass and the different products required for installation i found Chris extremely knowledgeable and helpful to make the process easier.

It was exactly what I wanted and the delivery was right on time

Shame it was delivered with holes in, and also seems a lot thinner then the sample that was sent out.

Pinged the team Friday morning asked if I could have a delivery the next day! Came same day outstanding service, personable, and great quality product. Will be reordering for my next project very soon!
