Quick delivery, great jacket. Happy customer, will buy again from Joe Browns.

Ordered coat from them. Following 2 weeks waiting for order to be shipped got email saying order could not be processed and if i wanted item to reorder. No reason why order could not be processed no clear reason for cancellation. First time ordering and has put me off this company

Shocking! I paid £69 for what was described as a velvet floral wrap coat, but when it arrived, it was nothing more than a length of cheap, poorly finished black net with a few velvet flowers on it. Utter rubbish, worth about £15, if that.Will be sending back!

What the heck has happened to joe browns??? Ordered 4 items. The sizing is tiny. Material on all of them is cheap nasty and scratchy. Used to be lovely. Honestly had much better quality from shein ! All items being returned. Disappointed. Waa looking forward to wearing items for Xmas!

I have received an article here that has been read for 3 weeks and I do not want to continue with the reimbursement. We will continue for 3 weeks. Do not respect the general conditions of sale. I will not order any more.

I’ve just purchased a stunning pair of emerald green shoe/boots. Fit like a glove on my feet!! They are to go with my red boots… golds/white boots, 2 x different black. Fenchurch and lace, orange and cream. All from joes. All live in there box after wearing.
My dresses from joes are now classed as vintage and have stood the test of time. Leggings, tops the odd bikini… now costumes… I’m 54 all fabulous quality. Look after them and they will make you look good xx

I’ve always found Joe Browns shoes to last a while and be really comfy - good quality. However. I recently bought their ‘Stand Back Tall Leather Lace Up Knee High Boots’.

1. At first, I was impressed they looked great, but then I noticed that one of the boots laces looked a bit wonky, so after about 15 mins of lacing and re-lacing, I realised that one side of my boot had one less hole than the other, so I had to improvise to get it looking even…not a massive issue but frustrating.

2. Next issue, I’m a UK size 4 and with boots often wear tights as wear them with dresses or skirts. In order for these to fit I also had to wear socks, which was not a problem, but the inside of the sole is really slippery. So my feet were moving around more than usual, even after tightening the laces.

3. The soles…don’t get me started! They have zero grip and I wore these out for the first time yesterday. I got in my car, drove to the cafe, stepped inside and nearly crash landed onto the floor. Once I got my balance it was like ice skating…I’ve been to this cafe many times, with various footwear and never slipped like that before.

4. Once I got my boots home, not only did I realise that the soles had already chipped but the leather on the boots scuffed ridiculously easily. I have a pair of brown leather boots that I’ve had for 15 years, they don’t mark anywhere near as easily as these. I like how those have aged and I look after them and protect them well.

So, if you really really want these boots, beware. The sizing is generous and they look great. But they are dangerously slippery and the quality of their materials has gone down hill fast. After 1 wear, with only about 50 meters of outdoor walking I’m bitterly disappointed. I wouldn’t pay more than £20 for these…never mind about the £125 they are charging!!

I have just discovered Joe Browns and am so pleased I did. Earlier in the summer I decided to refresh my wardrobe and after buying items of women’s clothing from many other different companies I was beginning to get very disillusioned with sizing and quality issues. I ended up with sizes from 12 to 18 in an attempt to get things to fit. ( I am a size 15 actually). Anyhow I looked at the clothing size chart on Joe Browns and I came up as a 16 so I ordered a size 16 jacket and it fits PERFECTLY. The sizing is spot on and the quality of the jacket is outstanding. What made it even better is I got it for half price in the sale. I was just so relieved to find a company where the size of the clothing is actually the size stated on the size chart. I am now looking at some blouses and
other items to order. As well as that delivery was quick and I was kept updated by email as to the progress of my order.

I have found Joe Browns products to be superior quality; from clothing to household goods. As a regular customer, I have never been disappointed with the goods, and never had to return a single item. The buying team’s choices for the catalogue is perfect for the target audiance market. Genuinely lovely stuff, well made. And always excellent customer service.

They've cancelled my order three times in a row, seem to regularly say they have stock on website and then when the order doesn't get delivered they eventually say they don't know where it is and cancel the order. The customer service assured me I'd be refunded within a week, it took 3 and they accepted no responsibility.

Shame because I like the clothes, but absolutely pointless to order from them again

Really poor embellishment stitching on the men’s pull over sweat shirt.
Tried two on in the shop both discounted by 50% of normal price.
The stitching let go on both as I pulled them over my head.
At 90% off I may of been interested, really poor quality.

Had looked at Joe Browns many times...but was concerned about sizing. And then the bother of returns...However, I spotted some jeans with embroidered hems....and I just had to have them!!....they have just arrived....Im usually a 12..and their sizing was on point...gorgeous jeans..great fit...and the embroidery just makes them a tad diffrent to plain jeans.....can't wait to wear them.....and get back on to Joe Browns to see what else I fancy....Thanks for the great jeans!!

Repeatedly spams you with unwanted catalogues despite requests to stop, in breach of GDPR. I certainly shall not ever be purchasing any more from a company that is so careless with information in this day and age.

I just wanted to praise the customer service department of Joe Browns.
I had an issue not receiving my order.
They contacted me back on the same day, ( by phone) and gave me the choice of cancelling or re-ordering which was sorted out straight away.

I ordered two pairs of pumps and i absolutely loved them. Unfortunately on one of the pairs the rubber began to come away. I contacted their customer service department and the service I received was brilliant. On the same day i had a return label and a new pair was set aside and as soon as i returned them, within two days i had received the replacement. They contacted me by telephone twice to make sure everything was ok. I have ordered another pair. Excellent service.

Excellent customer service! I bought a denim jumpsuit back in February (it's now July) and I saved it till the weather was more appropriate etc. It fitted perfectly and I loved it, but I wore it for the first time, bent over to pick something up and the less side at the back around the shoulder area split. I'd never had this happen before with a jumpsuit and I wear a lot in the same fit.
I thought getting a replacement would be a long shot since it had been so long, but they sent a return label and a replacement jumpsuit no questions asked. There was a little mishap where someone got confused and nearly sent out the wrong item from a newer order but I phoned and got it sorted.
Hopefully this jumpsuit will be fine. I'll be more cautious when I wear it now!

Spoke to one of the staff on customer service a Scottish girl,about my delivery when she said it’s being delivered by Ev I said they are the worse delivery service round were I live,she then proceeded to say I would be better off getting it dropped at a parcel shop I said that I am a lady of 83 and the parcel shops are too far away for me to walk,But then as it wasn’t my actual address, I was getting it delivered to it was a friend next door but one of which there are full flats in and who Walden so there’s always someone that will let them in but the Warden goes at 5 o’clock,But all she was interested in why had I not sent it to the same address that my card is attached to I said because that is a problem that’s why I have it delivered to my friends address but she wouldn’t listen she just kept talking over me. I said that there should be two addresses there’s one to which my card is too and the other one is a delivery address.i have been ordering of of Joe browns for 4/5years but I will never order of off them again,she was rude talking over me and not listening,she needs a lesson on how to talk to people or should I say the elderly?we are a lot slower in our communication, specially when you are hard of hearing and talking to someone with an accent 😡😡😡

To be honest, this Painted motorbike graphic tshirt has been one of the worse Joe Browns items l have ever bought. Purchased from Amazon in May as a gift. Scoured the internet for this in the right size as was out of stock everywhere. It's only been worn twice since buying and washed today, again for the second time. I thought it was inside out but then realised the picture had more or less totally disappeared. Washed as per instructions and l always use a quick wash as well. Sleeve transfer is still ok. Highly disappointed.

I really love the brand Joe browns and love the tunics and have purchase many tunics and tops and duvet sets. I usually purchase these in your larger sizes but just recently have been left disappointed that Jd williams are no longer stocking sizes up to a plus size uk 32. I have nottice you now stock onky up to a UK 24 and hope in the future you expand as im loving the designs of your collections but just have no way of getting the sizes I need. So im having to buy other brands which do not match the tunic style I love with joe browns being 5ft 11 and plus size
