They use DX for delivery and so, several weeks after paying for next day delivery, the item still has not arrived.

Addition/Edit: While there has been a reply to this review some three weeks after I posted it, I've not had my emails replied to for weeks now, suggesting the PR of replying to online reviews is a priority over communication with customers.

Shocking customer service.

Ordered a gift for my father plus some extras for xmas. I was aware it may arrive after as I was a bit late. No notifications for days after, then suddenly a shipped notification day before Xmas eve, great!

Then late just before 17:30, an email and refund for the main gift, sorry not in stock but we shipped the extra (which by the way is useless without the main gift) .

No phones answered and apparently "closed".

Useless and brainless, why ship the spare without the main part except to take my money even though there are failures in all areas at their end.

Bloody disgraceful. AVOID!

Easy to order online. Goods arrived very promptly. Well packaged and in perfect condition.

I bought pencils that are difficult to find, London Graphic Centre had them and a good price. Super easy to buy online and quick delivery. Excellent!

On 28/11, I ordered a Midori Hibino diary (£49.50) and paid £6.95 for next working day delivery. It is now the 7th of December, and DX Delivery failed to deliver my order despite my numerous attempts to contact them and multiple re-delivery bookings.

I have already sent 3 e-mails to the customer service (London Graphic Centre) and still no reply.

Nice selection of products, but useless at actually delivering orders. £4 delivery for an A6 sized book? Really?. 3 - 5 days quoted which is now looking like it will by 7 days based on the untracked nature of the postage. I reached out to support but no response yet.

Won't use again, useless.

London Graphic , seem to a good site with good prices.

But I hadn't realised they use DX for (non)delivery. Hence the missing star!

Edited after all boxes now delivered and excellent customer services. 5 stars now.

Spoke to Zoe in LGC customer service. Who was really helpful, who contacted DX to allow redelivery with a signature.

Excellent products and product range. Excellent staff.

Bad point: They use dx delivery (dx express) to deliver products, the cheap option. Dont order online. If you do order online, make sure they use UPS or DHL. Saving a few quid on delivery is a bad bad choice for a company.

As of today no response from their customer services. Consider their site says 24hours for a response.
The order was made over a week ago now.

Obvious and navigable website, prompt customer service, delivery on time.

Great products for a good price and arrived swiftly

Paid extra for next day delivery but order didn’t arrive. Received a “tried to deliver” message but no effort made to deliver when I was definitely at home waiting for the delivery. Order eventually arrived 24 hours late.

It was easy to order, website is clear. The contact I had previously was easily and efficiently dealt with.

Excellent customer service, and this is such a rare feature of retailers these days! A faulty product was sent once and the company refunded me straightaway having shon them a photograph. I also had to cancel an order the next day and they arranged for this without any quibbles. Their response by email was quick, professional and friendly, and very personal. And their actions always prompt.
The products are varied, competitively priced and of good quality. It is always my first port of call when I need art supplies and would not hesitate to recommend them!

My first order disappeared but thanks to Zoe a new item was sent and now it has been received. Great service after it was found that the item had been misled and for getting a second item dispatched. Great service and thanks to Zoe for sorting it out.
