Old adverts make up bulk of jobs.
I have emailed this company on numerous occasions in regards to adverts that are out of date. 2 years out of date and a huge amount over 2 months old.
It has the potential to be good.
Serious issues in administration
A pointless app.
In reply to admin adverts DO NOT get deleted after 3 months there are 2019 adverts still up.

Hi Ann, We are sorry to hear you are not happy with our service. Our system automatically deletes profiles that have not been accessed or logged into for 3 months. We do encourage everyone to turn off their adverts if they have found a job or filled a position and we also ask that members reply to parents and carers as a matter of courtesy. This is flagged at the top of all mailboxes. Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate it.
Poor Customer Service
Poor Customer Service, outdated childminders profiles, and most importantly you're being ripped off at any opportunity.
Had several issues with their 'AUTORENEWAL' policy and was charged even when unsubscribed from their precious services.
I strongly suggest to DELETE your account details or call your bank, as I was noticing my account credited by them out of nowhere, well after I cancelled my subscription (3 months later)
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Hi Alicija, we are sorry to heat that you are not happy with the service we provided and the support you received from our team. When a subscription payment that was due fails, this means the amount due to be paid was uncollectable or declined from or by the individual's Bank. The payments system makes at least two further attempts for that month to take the payment from the Bank account. The system continues to attempt to claim the payment due until the payment is made.

My review on childminders on this site is not good.
I was let down with the first minder that I got, she texted me at 6.30am to say she was sick and couldn`t make it that morning, it was her first morning. I had to drop my child to my mothers house and was late for work. The second minder I got let me down twice in a few weeks, again I had to bring my child to my mothers and was late for work again.

Hi Linda, we are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with the childminders you found on our website. We do encourage all our users to obtain as much information at interview as they can and try to get to know the prospective carer as best they can and to check references by phone. Unfortunately on rare occasions the arrangement between carer and care provider doesn't work out. On the other hand we have thousands of users who have found carers or found carer jobs through Mindme. Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate it.
Great Service
Mindme is a gem of a find on the net!! Our creche was closed, So we needed to urgently find a childminder to look after the boys the process was simple and quick.

It's extremely expensive for what it is. Every message is appended with "..." for some reason, which is very frustrating. You can specify the times you want someone for, but you can't search for nannies matching that schedule.
The mobile app is barely working with lots of buttons stuck, half-functional etc.
On the last day of my paid subscription they just blocked my account preventing me from sending the messages for no reason.
The only reason it's not 1 star is because there are actually nannies and babysitters there. But the software sucks completely.

Hi Audrey, we are really sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our service. We have a dedicated support team to assist with any issues you experience. You may be using an older version of the app, and a simple uninstall/reinstall solves any issues. We take the security of our members seriously and we run security checks from time to time, which can limit messaging for a short time on a random sample of accounts. There are different ‘Membership plans’ which can be availed of and which can be cancelled at any time. We do value your feedback.
Great Website
Mindme provided a great service and i found a carer within a week :) Good value for money and super helpful. I would be happy to recommend them to parents looking for help.

Mindme provides little value to its users given the high prices it charges.
Mindme is not a good service. Their business model is to charge a very high fee (€25) to access results from their matching service to see if any potential minders in your area match your needs.
The minders have no meaningful background checks of either their qualifcations, claimed skills, emplyment history or criminal background.
Finally in addition to signing up for the high monthly fee you must do so in an auto renew model that is very difficult to get out of and which charged me for a month beyond when I (eventually found out how to and) terminated my access.
This is a service of little value and not far off a scam exploiting parents.

You can create an advert for free to evaluate if your Caregiver position attracts candidates and only subscribe when you wish to make contact. There are different Membership plans starting at €19.99, which can be availed of and which can be cancelled at any time. Many carers are Garda vetted, have qualifications and references, all of which can be checked. Thank you for your feedback.
