Ordered my case, but the wrong size arrived, I tried to email them but they have not responded at all, so £35 down the drain, very poor aftercare service.

Lowest quality case. The tempered back glass was not the right size at first, and when I applied it to the main areas, it fell off and wasn’t sticky. The tempered glass for the camera also fell off when I was trying to take a picture—even after giving it one hour to stick properly. I waited for two weeks and spent almost £40. All the money was wasted. There is no guarantee or way to get a refund. My iPhone was new, and thankfully I had a nearby shop to put all the necessary things on. Poor service, low-quality product, and no support service. Will never recommend!!!! 👎🏼

Wide range of phone models to choose from - this was the only site I could find which had the option for the phone my wife has. The case is very good quality and we were very pleased with the case when it arrived.

I found the designing process a little clunky but the result was fabulous. Really impressed with the quality of the print

My order was apparently shipped on 4th May but it hasn't arrived yet and I've just gone on Trust Pilot because I had a niggle there would be a problem and I've read all the reviews about not receiving items. I guess I'm another one of the those people and there will be many more bad reviews to come.

Terrible service.
No direct contact email or phone number.
Constant and repeated delays to my order resulting in missed delivery deadlines for a client. No way to obtain a refund. Unacceptable.

Your response is pointless - the contact forms do not allow for specific questions and generic / generated emails only in response.

Retried the form, worked after 3 tries. Item arrived in good condition. Not sure if the trustpilot review sorted the issue, if the post was delayed, or if putting the form in caused the issue to be resolved. I only filled the form i. One day before it then arrived.

Ordered 2 phone cases, were told a date they would be arriving and still 2 weeks later haven’t received any phone cases. No contact information online only to fill out a form at which they don’t even get back to you! Either want my 2 cases or a refund!

The print is great quality, good sturdy case for my iPhone16, excellent price and good delivery time

Avoid avoid avoid this company ordered a phone case and paid extra for quicker delivery as it was for a birthday present. Birthday come and gone and no case for my son’s new phone. No way to contact unless it’s through a form, excuses are sorry for delayed delivery, seem to use the same tactic with everyone it seems!

Really poor. Pseudo apologetic emails ‘Your order has been delayed’. Very very disappointed lady who has in the two weeks I ordered the item, died.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I want my money back plus postage and compensation. Companies like this should NOT be allowed to trade.

I’ve been waiting a month for my phone case, keep getting automatic emails saying there’s been a delay. No way to contact them, no contact details on website. Scammers

I have already submitted a contact form and got an automated reply, so telling people to submit a form doesn’t get any answers

Still have not received my case. Sent countless emails to no reply. Been over a month since I ordered. I have been scammed by them.

edit * the link they give you to contact them down not work . It's a big time scam . Don't trust this company. Low life scammers

EDIT - like I said before the link on your website for the forms does not work have you got a email I can send the request to . If not keep on scamming .

After I made a mistake by ordering the wrong size case, I contacted them and they gave me a voucher to cover the price of a replacement.

I bought a personalised cover for my phone. Ordering was easy. Quick delivery. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Came today nothing special after 3 weeks wait
