The staff at Palm Flights were all very helpful especially Mahr Ali. We had made a mistake and were late to.pay the remaining balance on our ticket. Mahr Ali quickly started to sort another ticket that we could afford, matched closely to the original dates and times of flights, and that also worked to sync with the journey in the Philippines upon arrival. PALM FLIGHTS IS A FRUAD.
Nobody should trust this airline agency. They Will con you to pay a deposit with a fix price and then when the time comes for you to pay the sum total they will come up with totally different and higher figure and then if you decide to take your deposit back they will claim that it has to %90 tax / penalty deductible. I lost £80 with them. Nobody should be doing business with them. THEY Are A FRAUD

I saw their adverts online and decided to patronize them, but regretted every experience. I was asked to make a deposit of £240 which I did and to pay the balance of over £3000 plus is few months. I was ready to pay the balance and I decided to visit their office as stated on their website, but when I get to the address, it does not exist. I decided to call and one of the agents that picked up the phone was very upset because i said am outside their office and he dropped the phone on me. I have been calling and sending emails to get my deposit back, but all in vain.
THESE GUYS ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS AND ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS HERE ARE PART OF THE TEAM. EVEN THEIR ACCENTS PROVE THEY ARE ALL USING FAKE NAMES. IF ACTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN, MORE VICTIMS WILL FALL FOR THEIR SCAMS.
