I got my flights to Phillipines from Palm Flights Ltd and my helper was a lovely helpful lady called Marwa she helped me through every step and I can't praise her high enough she deserves a promotion best customer service ive ever had and will definitely use her again fir my next holiday

I have had a very good experience of booking tickets for the first time through Palm Flights. My family and I travelled to Nigeria in December (2023) and the team at palm Flights made every effort to secure us affordable tickets. They were flexible even when our dates changed.

I am already using them again for our next trip this year

Scammer scammer take deposit don’t give money back increase ticket flight price and avoid customer.I will sue this company for stealing my deposit and wasting my time and the lady manager told me I can’t do nothing to them .

This website is a scam. STAY AWAY They will tell you they are based in Scotland and give you some random names but they are heartless scammers based in India. They will ask you to pay "deposit" and you will never get it back nor will you get any funds you send them. They even told me not to worry "as I can always claim my scammed money back from the Bank". PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAV AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS.
It is shame that websites like KAYAK hosts these kind of scams. Report them to the police and the company's website if you felt victim of their crimes.

Update : The scammers contacted Trust Pilot asked them to probably remove or discredit my review. Trust pilot asked me to send further information, which I did. I urge everyone who have been affected by this people to shame and expose them.

I was scammed, the reviews on here are fake, this company needs closing down quickly, going to report them to police and companies house

I have not had the best customer experience from this company.

I submitted a review on 1/9/2023 regarding my first experience with them when booking a family holiday and they have continuously emailed and called me to remove it.

I went ahead and asked for them to use mine and my partner’s initial deposit to book a flight as me and my partner did not want to loose the money. We done this in October 2023.

After paying for our travel in full they have sent emails stating that they will not send me my tickets if I don’t remove my review.
We have paid for the flights in full and we are currently waiting to see if they will provide our tickets.

I will be back to provide another review when I have been able to verify that we have been able to use the tickets they are threatening to withdraw.

So far, I am not happy with the customer service and I will not be using this company again.
