I was looking to book a bucket-list cruise to Antarctica and wanted a hassle-free, all-inclusive package that covered flights, hotels, and transfers. After seeing their excellent reviews online, I called Panache Cruises and was lucky enough to connect with Robert Ledsham.
Rob was fantastic. He seamlessly pulled the entire itinerary together, handling the cruise, flights, extra hotel nights, and transfers with ease. He made what could have been a complex booking process completely effortless. In fact, the itinerary he put together was so impressive that a friend decided to book the same trip!

Not Good for Internet-Challenged People
My cousin paid a lot of money for a Viking cruise through Panache. She is elderly, and not able to do a lot of things electronically. Her experience with Paul was not a good one. She was never presented with options for paid excursions (that she was aware of) nor did he try and communicate with me about these options until maybe one week before leaving. By then, many excursions were full. She tried to inform him that she couldn't look at things online well. He didn't help her. He didn't reply to me when I tried to communicate with him, either. The biggest problem was that he didn't communicate that departing in Rome meant that we went straight to the airport without seeing anything. Once we figured that out, she had to pay a lot of money to change and stay in Rome. I'd suggest going directly through Viking if you plan to travel with them. They have good customer service and can make things happen. Also, if you are not familiar with online things, do not go through them. They will just send you links with no explanations. It is your job to scour the internet for information.

Exceptional!
Well - what can I say?
Charlene at Panache provided the most excellent service from my first email enquiry through to booking a cruise.
She really spent time in obtaining our ideal package with communication being professional, friendly, prompt and informative throughout.
I never felt under any pressure to book and in fact, when I contacted her as I had obtained a more competitive quote she matched the price.
We actually got a better deal as breakfast is included in our pre cruise hotel so we’re very happy.
All flights,seats,pre and post cruise hotels, transfers and a named cabin completed our booking. All aspects of the cruise are exactly what we want.
This means we don’t have to think about anything else and I feel reassured that Charlene has everything in hand.
Charlene advised me when the booking was complete that she will ensure we are checked in both on the plane and onboard the ship when the holiday is due.
What more can anyone ask for?
Charlene is exceptional and I would highly recommend anyone considering a cruise to contact her at Panache.
Nothing was too much trouble.
