Many thanks to Nikki Chitwood for assisting our group of 10 with planning a Riviera Seine River Cruise. She helped find the best deals, perks and discounts and ultimately assisted with the group booking process. She is still working with us on pre cruise hotel assistance and will guide us through the final payments when the time arrives. She quickly responds to texts and emails, a huge plus for our group!! Great advice and thorough service
I have used Panache for the past 2 years since our introduction to cruising. I speak to the same person most of the time (Kathryn) and her response has always been great and she has not hesitated to query the cruise company to ensure that I have the right information. I have complete faith in their advice which is not such a common situation these days!

We always used to booked direct with the cruise lines, we tried them after recommendations online, we were blown away with the discount offered through Panache, so much cheaper than direct.
