When your TV commercials start with a presenter “pretending” to have a friend who has “lost” her mother or a neighbour who has “lost” her husband I am immediately turned off by your company. An obviously employed actor “lying” at the very outset of an obvious sell is NOT the way to obtain business. It’s an immediate turn off. I’d rather that the advert start with “I’m here to tell you about our services” rather than the fictional start which just infuriates me to the point of switching channel.

Straightforward polite efficient easy to understand this no frills death ☠️ service ! I would definitely recommend them over other larger corporate funeral providers like Cooperative or the aptly named Golden Leaves 🍁‼️

My phone call to Pure Cremation was answered by a very nice lady who was obviously experienced and, in my opinion, asked all the right questions. She explained all the details of the plan and seemed to answer my questions before I had time to ask them !!
The advantages of the plan are numerous and change a difficult subject into one that is easy to discuss with immediate family and also with friends and even strangers. The word FUNERAL is no longer an awkward subject thank goodness.
All the paperwork confirming the details of the plan are pure and simple as you claim - and there is a great feeling of relief that a formerly difficult subject has been taken care of so easily.
"Putting your affairs in order" is another very helpful booklet and highlights details that could easily be overlooked. I will certainly recommend Pure Cremation to anyone who asks for advice about a funeral. Many thanks.

Easy form to fill in additional info helpfully what I don't like is I'm still recieving mail to take another policy , myself and husband have one each don't need more so a little annoying

The phone call to book my cremation with a lady from Pure Cremation was easy and very considerate and professional.

The reason I chose pure cremation I wanted to set up a plan so on my death my 2 grown up children both with children of their own and wouldn’t be able to aff To have me crrmated also this was afforded and then my ashes would be delivered to my daughter who then would take. My ashes to be put with my mum and dads ashes in a cemetery where all my family are I find this was a good I dea and that’s what my wishes are sip I think out of all funeral adverts on tv your company were the only once’s that returned ashes to my daughter whom I’ve notated to have only to take my ashes back to the cement thank you and the price for my ages was affordable for me regards Ms Sallyann Wells

Following the passing of my father, I decided to take out a Pure Cremation policy for him.

The staff I dealt with were all polite, friendly, professional & very compassionate during this difficult time.

They explained the process of purchasing the funeral plan with ease & explained everything in great detail with no sales pressure at all. Any queries we had were dealt with promptly.

The price of the plan for my father was very reasonable.
